Growing up, everybody had to be just like their parents. Girls have to be like their mothers, and boys have to be like their fathers. But someone in the castle is not like everyone else. Princess Michelle hates being a princess, having to stay in the castle every day practicing to be like her mother, the queen.
She wants to be a knight rushing into battle on horseback, rescuing a damsel in distress, and having friends who aren’t all about what gossip is happening in their kingdom, what dress and pair of shoes are in style, and who is dating or getting married. Everyday Michelle has to wake up at 5:30 in morning to start school, she wakes up early just to practice how to write and speak properly, she does have an hour break to eat something and to talk with her snobby friends, then back to school
