Chapter Three

"You never told me you are gay"
Connie asked following me inside my room.
"I didn't know I  was in one of my recommendations as a step sister to tell you my sexuality."

" It's not like i was gonna judge you or something.  Am really okay with it, one of my friends is actually gay."

"Great another straight person trying to make you feel better by telling you they have a gay friend. Look you didn't have to tell me your straight so I didn't have to tell you am gay."

"Does your mom know?"
"Why? You wanna go tell her?"

"Why are you so mean to me. All I have been trying to do is be a good sister to you and you don't see it."

" I didn't ask you to do it. Get out"

"Fine."

She left slamming the door. She does this all the fucking time and am going to hit her one of this days. I don't care of she is daddies little girl.
My phone vibrated, a message from Dominique.

Dominique
Hey, sorry for yesterday. Can I make it up to you? Go on a date with me please😊

I don't know, can I think about it first?

Dominique
Sure but don't take too long.  I'll leave you be In peace since I know you like the peace.

Dominique
I can't wait to see you. Been thinking of you a lot. Bye😘

I placed  my phone down and tried to catch some sleep. It didn't take long for me to pass out.

"Wake up! Lunch is ready!"
I felt a pillow hit me several times.

"What the fuck Connie!"
I quickly got up and pushed her to the wall pinning her there. She tried to move but she was no much for me, I guess am strong or she is really weak.

"Why do you always get on my fucking nerves?"
" I just wanted to wake you up because lunch is Ready and.......can you fucking move."

"Or what?"
" Am gonna scream"

"Please, you know that's not gonna work it's not like am doing something bad, or maybe I should."

I moved closer to her looking down at her lips. She closed her eyes as if waiting for something. I chuckled and pinched her Cheeks lightly.

"Why are you closing your eyes? Were you waiting for me to kiss you? Just so you know I don't kiss girls who don't brush their teeth."

" I brush my teeth, and just so you know I flosss as well. And I don't kiss people who are stupid and mean."

She kicked my shin and flipped her hair as she walked out the room. I held on to my shin as I tried walking down stairs.

During the entire dinner we kept throwing dagger looks at each other. It's funny how adults don't even notice if there is something wrong.
