You Promised Me (Romeo x Wendy|RoWen story)

Chapter Twenty

~Romeo's POV~

"R-Romeo..." I could hear Wendy's voice trembling through the large cracks of the wall on the other side. "...promise me..."

"What? Wendy, it's okay! Don't move! I'll get you out of there!" I said firmly, trying to break through the wall.

"Romeo!" Wendy screamed grabbing my attention to stop. "Promise me!"

"Wendy..." I said quietly.

"Promise me you won't die!"

~Flashback|Wendy's POV|before the dance~

I got ready for the dance, wearing a light blue dress with silver linings at the edges. (Like Elsa's dress, but with a linings at the bottom and it has no sleeves or cape, got it?) I didn't really do anything special to my hair, except put a hair accessory in it. It was a simple clip. No colour or anything.

I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and saw Romeo.

"Hey Wendy! You look really beautiful tonight," Romeo greeted.

"Oh, so you really did keep your promise, huh," I joked.

"I wanted to give this to you," Romeo pulled out a flower. It had light pink petals creating the form of the flower, but I've never seen this type of flower before.

"Cherry blossoms?" I asked.

"Yeah, I figured that you'd like it." Romeo stated and smiled innocently. He attached the flowers to the plain clip in my hair.

We both were picked up by Natsu-san and Lucy-san by Natsu-san's car. They drove us over to the dance and told us that they had somewhere to go before they hang out at the dance. We entered the building and went into the gym to find it all decorated with streamers and balloons everywhere. Most of the students were already dancing on the dance floor in the middle.

"I'll be right back, Wendy!" Romeo said. "I just have to wish my friends good luck with their dates,"

"Alright," I smiled to him before he left.

"Wendy!!" I turned around and saw Lamps wearing a red knee high dress and a black cardigan. It was simple, but it was still very classy on her.

"Lamps!" I exclaimed. "Who's your date? I never really got to meet him."

"Oh, his name is Nagisa!" Lamps exclaimed.

"Nagisa? Sorry, but isn't that a girl's name?" I whispered to her.

"It's a girl name, but he's SUPER HOT!!!" Lamps continued to squeal about him on every way possible.

"Lamps-chan!" I heard someone say.

It was a boy around our age with Strawberry-Yellow hair and red-magenta eyes. I have to admit he's really cute.

(Nagisa is my freaking boyfriend! Don't take him away from me!! //cri// plus!! I will be writing a Free fan fiction or something or maybe just something with someone going into Anime worlds.)

"Nagisa!" Lamps said and jumped to hug him.

'They seem... Very alike...'

"Ah! You must be Wendy-chan!" Nagisa greeted. Then held out some bread with strawberry jam on it. "You wanna try some?"

"U-Um... Sorry," I said.

"Eh??" Nagisa had this look of a puppy looking like its owner ditched him somewhere. I couldn't resist it.

"Maybe just one bite," I gave in. He smiled at me.

'Shit! He's too freaking cute! I can't deal with this!'
