CHAPTER FIVE

A Few weeks have gone by since Carly and, Freddie picked out baby names and, went shopping for maternity clothes. Now today is the day of their announcement party they invited all of their close friends well except for Sam of course. Carly's belly has gotten much bigger and, couldn't be happier to have finally to be entering the second tri-meister. Everything for the party was all set up.

I'm so happy I passed the first tri-meister and it's fun having a secret that no one knows yet as she's hinting at the gender of the baby Carly cheered.

Freddie laughed as he was happy the toughest part of Carly's pregnancy was over with.

How are you feeling about tonight Carly asked?

As she went to kiss Freddie on the lips.

Eh, A little nervous so I took a pill today Freddie said.

I'm glad you are back on the meds but why are you feeling nervous Carly asked?

Absolutely no idea there's nothing for me to be nervous about. Which is why I went back on my medication Freddie replied as he nervously played with his ring.

I promise you; you'll do great tonight Carly said as she rubbed Freddie's shoulder.

Freddie smiled as Carly reassured him. Later on that evening everyone had their ordered and, glasses of non-alcoholic champagne in hand.

First it was Spencer and, Audrey's turn to announce their engagement.

Good evening friends, and family tonight we are here for two reasons one. Audrey and, I are engaged Spencer announced.

Everyone in the room tapped on their glasses in a congratulatory way to Spencer and Audrey.

Audrey, would you like to announce where our wedding will be held and, the date Spencer directed as he smiled at his wife to be.

It's going to be on the 15th of December, and, it will be in New York where Spencer and, I reunited Audrey announced.

Now, my baby sister and, her husband have some news to announce as well. Oh speaking of Sam sends her well wishes and, she bought Carly and, Freddie a gift Spencer announced as he was holding the bag in his hand.

Carly and,Freddie you may have the floor Spencer said as he then kissed his wife. Audrey took Spencer's hand and, the couple moved out of the way.

Carly grabbed the gift from Spencer's hand. Congratulation's momma Spencer whispered as he puts his hand on Carly's shoulder.

Thank you, Spencer Carly, said as she moved to the front of the crowd. Freddie stood next to her as they were about to announce that they were expecting.

Well as you all know, I bet some of you saw the Instagram post but Freddie and, I wanted to make the announcement official. Carly grabs Freddie's hand and, smiled at him meanwhile Freddie was distracted by nerves.

I would like to formally announce to you all that I'm having a baby Carly announced.

Everyone in the room Clapped and, cheered. Spencer walks over to Freddie and, puts his hands on Freddie's shoulders and, Congratulates him.

Freddie smirks as he's distracted by his thoughts. Carly opens the gift that Sam gave them and, it's a red tiny little biker jacket.

Awe, this is so cute and, its so tiny look Freddie Carly says excited as she shoves the jacket in his face.

Freddie jumps as Carly showed him the jacket.

Uh, it's nice — nice work Sam Freddie mumbles.

Baby Shay will look adorable in this don't you think Carly asked as she was excited.

I don't want Shay to wear that jacket Freddie said. Then the room grew silent after Freddie told her he didn't want the jacket.

It's a sweet gift, I don't think Sam had ill intentions Feddie Carly said.

Welp things are getting awkward time to leave Audrey Spencer said, as he yanked her hand.

Spencer were not arguing Carly said.

Are you sure Spencer asked.

Yeah, we're fine Freddie mumbled as he crossed his arms.

We can talk about the jacket later Carly said as she could feel that Freddie was uncomfortable.Harper raised her hand and asked Carly and Freddie if they knew the gender of the baby yet?
