Reds pov:      (4am)
Chloe is fast asleep but i cant shake this feeling i need something...

Red gets out of bed and reaches in a little box in her drawer taking out a ball of weed, some papers and a filter. Grinding it then rolling it gently into a blunt.
She goes to the terrace sits down and lights it.

"What am i doing with my life? I've finally got it all yet i cant stop. It's consuming me. This little green substance. But if i don't i know ill do something worse. There's worse things right?"She sighs and looks down at her thighs." I guess there are worse things. How am i going to tell Chloe? What even am i? A druggie? She wouldn't want to date a low life pathetic loser like me. I can't tell her. I just can't"

Meanwhile chloe smells Reds joint and wakes up.

Chloe pov:
What's that smell??
And where is red?

She walks out to the terrace stumbling onto Red smoking the joint rambling on and on about how she should just leave this earth ect.

"Red?" I ask her tears forming in my eyes. "What are you doing?"
"Chloe, Fuck i'm sorry. I'm so sorry" she starts crying "I'm a good for nothing junkie Chloe, i cant help it. I've been trying so hard these past few days but i can't i just can't stop"
Red feels Chloe wrap her arms around her in a tight embrace, placing gentle kisses ontop of Reds head.
"Red, please calm down. It's okay, talk to me baby" i say looking at her smiling reassuringly.
"I understand if you don't want to be with me Chlo-" chloe interrupts her
"Stop it Red, i love you. This is not going to change that. I'll do everything to help you okay?"
"No no no i cant go to rehab Chloe i wont" she cries harder.
"Baby look at me. You won't, just tell me where your stash is. We'll throw it all out. Every time you feel the urge to smoke tell me and we'll do something to distract you." I say reassuring her I'm here to stay.
"Do you really mean that?" She says doubt etched in her eyes.
"Of course i do my love. Now come on get up, we're throwing it all away"
She nods complying.

Red shows Chloe her stash. Chloes eyes widen when she sees how much of it Red has.

"Red, do you smoke all of that in a month-?" I say shocked
"A week..." she replies embarrassed.
"There's actually something else too."
"Show me." I said horrified
She pulls out a bag with white powder inside of it.
"The weed stopped working Chloe i needed something stronger. I just didn't have the guts to do it yet" her eyes fill with tears again
"Im too deep in Blue.."
"Oh, baby. We'll get through this. You hear me ? It's going to be okay"
"Now give me that." I say with a stern voice.

She gives me the baggie and i flush it down the toilet with the rest of her stash.

"Look all done. No more of that okay?"
She nodds.
"Come on lets go back to sleep" i gesture to the bed.

Red reluctant it gets in And i cuddle her to reassure her once more that I'm here for her.

While I'm stroking her upper thigh i feel these bum, so i pull off the covers to check. My eyes land on her scars.

"These aren't recent, right?" A hint of sadness in my voice creeps through.
"No, i i- haven't done that in a while, at least i haven't since i started using" she looks down at her lap ashamed. Before she could say anything else she feels Chloes lips on her scars, gently kissing each and every one of them. Red flinches a little, memories flooding her mind. How she got them. Why she got them. Some she did herself some she didn't, but the pain wasn't any less.
"I love you Red. Every single part of you. Every scar.To me you are perfect with all your imperfections. They make you, You. You should never be ashamed of that." I say looking into her eyes waiting for a reply.
She kissed me softly.
"Thank you Chloe. I just, i don't think i can share that with anyone right now. The memories are still too fresh. I will at some point i promise. I just can't bring myself to do right now." She smile at me tenderly.
"And that's completely fine love. Im here when you are ready to talk. Okay? I love you."
" i love you too Blue. But right now i think id rather just fall asleep in your arms." She smiles at me gently.
"Your wish is my command Hearts" i giggle.

They fall into blissful sleep tangled up together.
Not knowing that they're stronger than they were with all of this out in the open. The new day awaits them. This time they have to juggle school and all of their problems combined. Not knowing if they've got what it takes....
