Conrad was immediately smacked in the face by the cool air as he crossed the threshold. He was behind what seemed to be a German/Italian couple, and he couldn't help the look of surprise that captured his face, if only for a moment.

He refocused his attention onto the trio who were currently having their reservations checked at the front of the line.

He stared daggers into Sera's backside for a moment, before sighing and letting his brain go wild. He knew that he had to make it inside without being checked but how.

Sera's group! He moved quick but with purpose, around the groups of people in front of him, hardly making a sound; wiping his presence as best he could; head down, going as far as to hold his breathe, as he passed by the trio, still talking to the woman checking her laptop for their reservation, and continued without incident towards the kitchen.

The entire place smelled of meats, alcholic beverages, and delicacies, that playfully tugged at his nostrils. Normally, he would have jumped at the chance at such fine cuisines but the looming threat of Diana's blade, weighed on his mind as a shark to a fishing line; eating was impossible under these circumstances.

He nearly avoided a waitress exiting the kitchen. She was carrying an ungodly amount of plates, as if it were second nature to her.

She stopped and gave him a side eye glance.

She was kind of cute, young but a woman still, with long vivid red hair, the type that made bed head a style. Her nice figure couldn't be hidden behind her uniform, and those eyes... those piercing green eyes, giving him a good kind of chill as she stared him down.

"Do you speak english?" He demanded, edging in just enough tenderness to his voice to make it known that, he was someone to be respected but not feared.

She turned to face him, and stood there for a moment, as if deciding if it was worth responding.

Finally. "I do."

She spoke with a neutral tone but he could tell that she thought it was beneath her to have to conversate with him, and that only made him want her more. He wanted to break her down; get inside her head until she couldn't breath without him, and then dump her just like the old days... Stay focused. He needed to find a place to post up just in case anything went down.

"Where can I find the restrooms?" He asked, mentally kicking himself.

"Um, back towards the entrance, there are these two signs, one says boy, the other says girl." She said, mouth smiling but her eyes were dead.

"Oh, thank you." He said biting his tongue, turning around and heading back the way he had come.

That should be enough to establish me as a legitimate costumer. He looked back to make sure the waitress had gone, and sure enough she had gone to do her duty. Scanning the joint, he located Sera and friends seated three tables away from the windows.

"Great." He huffed, regretting his life choices. He looked around for a table close enough to the group that he could spy on them without being caught. He spotted one being occupied by an elderly couple, behind to the left of the group, right in Sera's blind spot but not Donte's. He would just have to hope to go unnoticed by the grizzley man.

There was still no sign of Diana, maybe she hadn't caught wind of Sera's movement around town. Unlikely, if she really is still in Paris, she would have a network of informants keeping an eye out for us. She must be playing with her food, waiting for us to let down our guard before striking. A true predator.

He crossed the dining area with confidence, acting as if he belonged, and casually tapped the elderly woman on the shoulder, interrupting the conversation she was having with her husband. She turned and looked at him, obviously a bit startled.
