"Come in!" Sunoo yelled from inside the kitchen where he stirred the pot, in walked in jungwon carrying a small cloth containing something inside of it.
"Mmm~ what's cookin?" Jungwon asked as he sat on one of the wooded chairs of the kitchen island, helping himself to some of the baked cookies sunoo had out.
"Just some stew, sunghoon bought home deer a couple weeks ago and I've kept it frozen, figured I should cook it up with some potatoes and veggies since he'll be home tonight, it's his favourite~" sunoo replied with a smile, covering the pot to let it simmer.
"Sounds delish, but here-" jungwon pushed the cloth over to sunoo from his side of the table, "the berries you wanted"
Sunoo opened the cloth only to frown, "you only got three?"
"Hey, these were hard to get hold off, I had to go all the way over to water fall creek to get these and more time I don't speak coral language" jungwon huffed, stuffing the last of the cream cheese filled cookie into his mouth, "you should have gone, your literally a fish" he printed out sunoo's gills.
Sunoo threw an apple at jungwon's face, "ya! Don't call us fish, we a sirens, there's a difference, and plus a I told you to go to a specific guy"
"Yeah, but he wasn't there"
"That's fine, thank you jungwon for going, these should be enough" Sunoo took up the purple berries and placed them into a grinding bowl for later.
"So? You gonna make it into tea or put it in some food for when he gets back?"
"Yes and no, it's been days since he's been gone and I've been sending his lunches everyday, so-" sunoo took out a bento box filled with food, a sandwich, grilled fish, a small salad with fruit and jams "with this I'll grind the berries onto his usual mint leaf tea and hope it takes affect"
Jungwon raised a brow at hearing sunoo's plan, "smart, but why go through the hassle of getting those berries when you could maybe...just ask him? Or use your siren powers and enchant him"
"Well jungwon, if you must know about my marriage life I'll tell you" sunoo rolled his eyes before placing the lunch box back under the counter.
"Me and sunghoon have been getting into some...disagreements lately and me being me, I want my way, recently I've been voicing up about how much I want children but sunghoon thinks it's a bad idea, considering our career paths being very busy and hectic. Now I don't agree with him but I do get his side of the argument. Since we have been butting heads all the time on the subject, me and him do IT anymore because he says he doesn't 'trust' me after the the times i tried to stop him from pulling out, and I'm getting very frustrated, with him not trusting me and both of us constantly being away from work it's been almost four months since we've gotten intimate and I'm really, REALLY missing him, so what's a better way than to get him in the mood with these berries! And my powers don't work on dry land plus I would never use my powers on him for such thing that's wrong"
"Damn, your right, my bad my bad, but now that we on this topic I haven't done anything in about a month and I thought that was bad, maybe I should get some berries for me" jungwon said earning a giggle from sunoo, "you haven't started your heat, it's almost mating season for hybrids" sunoo asked as he began crushing the berries to add into the hot water.
