Oscar's Hotel Room, Summer Break

Oscar's POV

I woke up with a strange weight on my chest, and my arms wrapped around what felt like another person. It's a little worrying, since there's no one I should be sleeping with, and there wasn't a result to celebrate yesterday either. I gently opened my eyes and looked down.

Logan?

I suddenly remembered our Candy Land championship and the sleepover. I also remembered the little incident after we went to bed. All the worry from last night rushed back into my mind. I quickly let go of Logan and sat up slightly. After a few seconds, I felt some movement.

Shoot, I woke him up. He lifted his head and rubbed his eyes before looking up at me. He quickly scrambled to the other side of the bed while his cheeks turned bright red. He mumbled a quick apology before looking around for his phone.

He looked more embarrassed than he should have been. I was honestly more worried about him than anything else.

"Logan are you okay after last night?" I asked quietly, concern audible in my voice.

His eyes grew wide and he quickly responded, "Yeah, all good," with a nervous laugh.

He rushed out of bed before excusing himself to his own hotel room to get ready for his flight. I was left even more worried about why he was so focused on leaving. Had I done something wrong just now?

Logan's POV

I rushed out of there as fast as I could. What had I been thinking? Had I really just told Oscar about how much I missed him? He probably thinks I'm crazily attached to him and I have no other friends.

Well, other than my teammate, that isn't a complete lie.

My excuse of needing to prepare for my flight wasn't a lie either. It was already 11:30, and I still needed to eat breakfast, pack all my clothes, and then get to the airport and get through customs. I called a cab and got to my hotel. The whole time I was trying hard not to think about Oscar and the night before, and instead focus on my upcoming flight.

When I got to the hotel, I took the elevator to my room. I held Oscar back in the elevator last night. I shook my head and tried to think of what I could eat for breakfast. I walked to my room and decided to order room service. Since I was in Belgium, I figured I had to have waffles.

While waiting for my breakfast to arrive, I began to pack my things. At some point I realized that I had forgotten my clothes from last night in Oscar's room and I was still wearing his clothes. I quickly changed, and my food arrived shortly after. I took a break from packing and just sat at a table and began to eat.

I forgot about the many drinks I had consumed last night. I didn't realize how badly I needed food until I took the first few bites. Upon remembering the club I thought about Oscar again, but I quickly shoved those thoughts out of my head and focused on my breakfast.

Once I finished eating I looked at the time and realized I would have to leave soon. I finished up my packing, checked the bathroom, bed, and tables once more, and left for the airport.

Security went pretty smoothly, I just had to find the gate and wait for boarding to start. I was proud that I hadn't thought much about last night in the past couple of hours. I decided to put my feet up on my suitcase and scroll on my phone while I waited.

My teammate Alex arrived at the gate and rushed over to me once he spotted me.

"Hey Logan!" he exclaimed way too enthusiastically for someone who was only P14 yesterday.
