The next morning Rose woke up before Sky and decided to head to the gym to work out. She always worked out every morning. After starting to work out in high school and college where she played some sports. She loved playing soccer and track & field but never saw her self going professional in any of it. So she continued working out as a way to stay fit and for racing.
As she got ready, she threw on a matching brown sports bra and biker short set. She made her way down to the hotel gym and started warming up with stretches.

As she finished her run on the treadmill, she felt eyes on her. She turns around to see Jules staring at her. She was confused to see him behind her and looking at her.
He stopped looking at her and said " You know the track would be a better place to run than on one of these machines."
" I didn't think i would be allowed on the track this early or at all since I'm not officially a worker or a driver."
" You are allowed. If anyone says anything, tell them I allowed you too. Nobody dares to cross me." Jules said as she saw a little fire lit up in his eyes.
Rose was surprised to see Jules had that look in his eyes towards her. From what she knew he never was known for caring or even talking to a girl if it wasn't for an interview or fans and even then kept his distance and never gave a big answer. He was never even linked to a woman. She didn't think he would really talk to her when she started working with him and the others.Now he has talked to her multiple times and has run into her too.
"I'll have to remember that for next time. It's getting late I am wanted at the track soon. Your boss wants to see me to go over the contract before the last practice. So I'll see you later at the track, Jules." she said giving the racer a small smile as she gathers her stuff to leave.
" See you at the track, Rose." Jules watches her walk away as he says it. He didn't understand what was going on with him. Since running into the girl in the airport, she has an effect on him that a girl never had on him before. He was big on staying unattached with women and working on his career and getting his world championship. Racing was his dream and passion. He never cared for anything or anyone besides racing and his family.
Jules was the most private driver on the grid. All drivers tried to maintain privacy but they still shared stuff. Wives, girlfriends, family and friends. Jules never did. His family is unknown, friends never post when together and no girl in sight. Even the public doesn't know that he owns business and non-profits.
He was passionate about racing so he wanted to help people and kids be able to race like he was able to. So he started a karting team to support young drivers named J.E. Racing. He also has a company that makes karts for his team and other teams under J.E. Karts. Non-profits that help house, feed and support young drivers and their family. He wanted to help others that have the same dream as him that needs help reaching for it. Nobody knows he owns it unless they work for the companies, are friends with him or even other races that will not announce who owns the company.
He did it as a way to protect the people of he loved and to ensure they were not dragged into his stuff if anything came out on them or him. As much as he loved his family it still has some stuff he would like to not get out yet. He wasn't ready and his family wasn't either. He visited them whenever he could in between races and on breaks. He even invited them to all races and events, they attended them as regular guests or even in garages as family friends of Jules team mate.
His family also wanted the privacy not just because Jules wanted it. His family was small his mom ,Ryan and dad Hayes, his sister and 2 brothers. Jules was the second oldest sibling. His brother, Issac, was the oldest after Jules was his sister , Katie , and his youngest brother ,Lee. The parents loved each other and were high school sweethearts. They got married at 22 after finishing college together and a year later they had Issac. The kids each had a 2 year age gap. The parents raised their kids well and made sure they had something they loved. Issac was passionate about electrical engineering. Jules was obviously racing. Katie was a musician and artist. And Lee was currently in college on the path of wanting to be a doctor.
Ryan and Hayes were not raised the same way they raised their kids. They came from abusive homes and have suffered great losses that made them change into the people they are now. It took a lot for them to change and not be what they were around. They eventually came clean to their kids when each turned 18. They didn't want to keep it a secret from them if anything ever came out in the future Especially since Jules became more well known. So the family decided especially after finding out, that it would be better to stay in the background.
Jules was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard his phone go off. He looked at his phone to see his teammate Kit calling him. He picked it up to hear Kit saying , "Jules, Where are you? We were supposed to meet 10 minutes ago."
" Sorry man! I lost track of time. I was working out in the hotel gym.Give me a minute and i will meet you in the lobby."
" Jules just hurry up. We have to be at the track in an hour. " Kit said.
Jules ended the phone call and ran to the gyms bathroom to shower and change. He finished his shower fast and rushed to the lobby. He saw Kit near the entrance and started walking his way.
" You got me here. Let's go." Jules said walking past his teammate.
" I can't stand you sometimes. I don't know why I stick around you." Kit said following him.
" You love me without me your life is boring. Plus you're stuck with me. " Jules said with a cocky smile.
They get to the car and start heading to the track. They continue talking about the practice that day and Kit even tries to question Jules about whatever is making him weird. Expectantly around the new hire that is here this weekend. Jules was not answering him and continued the drive until they made it to the track.
After a while they reached the track, Jules turned to his teammate "We will be surrounded by fans soon. So shut up and we can talk later maybe."
" Oh come on. Tell me something better than that." Kit said before getting out of the car.
Jules walked away slowly from the car laughing at his friend. Soon to be greeted by some fans, all asking for photos and signatures. He accepted as he continued walking to the paddock entrance. It didn't take long for him to get there. He said goodbye to the fans while departing from them. He then makes his way to his team motor home and gets ready for the practice.
