A/N: you're Sarah's twin sister and you're enemies with JJ.

Around two months ago, I was expelled from the kook academy, and my dad wasn't able to charm his way through my punishment. He did it very often, and eventually, my principal got fed up.

So now, I'm attending a school on the cut. The exact same school that my enemy, JJ Maybank, attends. Well, I wouldn't say attends, given the fact he ditches four times a week.

Thankfully, Kiara is in my school, and we've grown closer after drifting apart at the end of our freshman year. However, she still despises my sister and my other family members.

It's a long story.

I'm currently sitting in class, Kiara in the desk to my left. "Can anyone tell me what X equals?" The teacher questions the bored class. No answer.

I raise my hand, feeling sorry for the teacher, who is just trying to get through her day. "I do."

A smile appears on my teachers face, her eyes lighting up. "Okay, Yn, and what would the answer be?" She turns on her heel, ready to write the answer on the board.

Right as I open my mouth, the answer about to slip off my tongue, I hear a low voice speak up. "Nerd." It's JJ fucking Maybank.

I roll my eyes, scoffing loudly. Kiara also rolls her eyes, having had enough with her two close friends' stupid rivalry. "JJ," she murmurs, her quiet voice sounding more like a warning.

The blonde shrugs, feigning innocence. I lock eyes with the teacher, plastering a fake grin on my face, attempting to ignore the dumb boy. "As I was saying before I was interrupted," I shoot daggers at JJ, who obviously has his classic smirk etched onto his face. "X equals two thousand and fifty one." I finish.

"That would be correct!"

I smile to myself, proud with my efforts. I write the answer down in my notebook, wanting to study the examples later tonight. "Geek." JJ's obnoxious voice echoes through my ears again.

I whip my head around, sick of his shit. "Can you shut the fuck up?" Many of the students' ears quickly perk up, curiosity filling their veins. "Of course, you think you're better than me, or whatever, but I promise having your dick so far up your own ass will get you nowhere in life, so keep on dreaming." I continue on, many of the students slyly pressing record on their phones.

JJ clenches his jaw, my insults clearly making a dent in his massive ego. "Shut the hell up, kook." He retorts, his forehead puckered.

The teacher clears her throat, uncomfortable with the whole situation. "Guys, we can't talk like that in here." She points out.

I pay her no mind. "JJ, you clearly have something weighing down on your hairy chest, so enlighten us. What is your problem?" I furrow my brows, waiting for the answer.

JJ shrugs nonchalantly. "You're just a stuck up brat that gets everything she wants handed to her on a golden plater." He replies, his tone coated in pride and slight intimidation.

However, he doesn't intimidate me. "Actually, my dad's more of a silver guy." I smile sarcastically, raising my brows.

The Maybank boy isn't impressed with my sarcasm. Right as he opens his mouth, someone else speaks. "You're such a bitch. Nobody here likes you, you know?" His name is Craig. We have the same lunch hour.

His words feel like a stab in the heart. I've always been used to people choosing Sarah over me, and I can't blame them. She's prettier, nicer, smarter, funnier, and shit, even my dad likes her better than any of his other children.

Although he's never admitted it, me and my other siblings can tell.

Once I found out I was moving schools, I was hoping that I could be known as someone who doesn't live in the shadow of her awesome twin. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

It never is.

*JJ's Pov*

I can tell by the miserable look on Yn's face that Craig's words clearly hurt her feelings. Even though we were just in a heated argument, I can't help but feel sorry for her.

I shake my head, sticking my tongue to the inside of my cheek. "Why don't you close your fucking mouth, Craig?" I fire back, completely surprising my fellow classmates .

Craig smirks, chuckling. "And what're you going to do about it? I was just tryna silence the slut for you." He excuses his rude words with an even worse remark.

Slut?

I stand up, anger coursing through my blood at rapid speeds. "The hell did you just call her?" I strut over to the brunette haired boy.

"A slut," he simply answers, seeming proud of his douche energy.

"Guys—" Kiara and the teacher try in unison.

Before I even know it, I connect my fist with Craig's jaw. It feels as if my body is being controlled by someone else.

Everyone gasps and shouts, all their phones shining on me. Kiara and Yn manage to get to me quickly. "J, stop!" Yn pulls me away by the back of my old, worn out shirt.

J? I like that.
