Author's Note
I know some of you might think I'm a bit crazy for this, and honestly, maybe I am. There were times I wrote entire chapters, only to delete them later because they didn't feel right. Eventually, I decided to scrap the whole book and start over with a fresh perspective.
This past year has been tough. Life threw a lot at me, and it made me question whether writing was really for me. The self-doubt, the pressure to get it perfect, and the weight of everything else going on made me feel like maybe I should just stop. I was overwhelmed, discouraged, and honestly, a little lost. But deep down, I knew I couldn't just give up-not on something I care about so much.
So, I'm giving it another shot. It won't be easy, and I know I might stumble along the way, but I'm determined to see it through. This time, I'm hoping to finish what I started. Let's see if I can complete it this time or not.

"You guys are getting late for the wedding, and just a gentle reminder, it's not your wedding, guys, come out fast," Inaya yelled, looking at the closed door of her parents.
Her parents are going to her mother's side relatives' wedding, but because of her exams that are around the corner, she can't go. She is in 10th standard and her parents don't want to hamper her studies. She is going to stay in her maternal grandparent's house for some days.
The bedroom door opened, and Sadia and Feroz appeared in the living room of their three-bedroom flat.
Inaya got up from the sofa and went towards her parents, "Mashaallah, my babies are looking so good, Nazar na Lage meri" she muttered, moving her hands towards them and then to her side of the head.
"Dhyan se lekar Jana meri phool si Bacchi ko aur koi taklif nhi hone dena bohut nazo se pala hain maine," She coughed dramatically, placing her hand behind her back and looking at her dad sternly.
"Ok, mother-in-law," Feroz promised showing the same seriousness as her daughter.
They both burst out laughing, and Feroz hugged her daughter to his heart, and Sadia shook her head at their antics. "ye ladki kabhi nhi sudhregi." Inaya grinned, showing her tongue to her mom.
"Go and get your bag, we have to drop you at Haideri Mansion." Sadia reminds her daughter.
"Ok, Mumma," she kissed her mother's cheeks and dashed to her room to take her bag that she packed with some books and clothes to stay at Nana Jaan's house.
Feroz took his wife in a side hug and kissed her cheeks, "What she said is right. I have to take care of you. After all, you are looking so gorgeous tonight."
"Ya Allah, you both, Father-daughter duo, are shameless," She mumbled, hiding her blushing smile.
"I'm ready," she came out of her room with the bag. They came out of their house. Sadia locks the door and they all settle in their car.
Feroz pulled out the car from the building compound and they drove to the Haideri mansion.
"Don't trouble your mamu and mami there," Sadia instructed her sternly.
"Ok, Mumma," she saluted making her father chuckle.
40 minutes later, he turned off the engine at the Haideri mansion. Inaya dashed out of the car to meet her grandparents.
"Inaya, aaram se," Sadia yelled at her daughter's carelessness.
In the mansion, Inaya's Nana Nani was eagerly waiting to meet her.
