CODYS POV: 

It was a normal day at home for me when my phone buzzed It was a message from Sierra. I unlocked my phone and saw her text: "HEYY CODYKINS so like I was wondering if you could help me study for the math test tomorrow?!"

I groaned quietly, not because I didn't want to help, but because math wasn't exactly my idea of a thrilling way to spend my afternoon I wanted to play animal crossing, I sighed and typed back, "Sure, how about you come over to my place at 3:00 pm?"

Her response was almost immediate, like she was waiting: "OMG YES THAT WORKS PERFECTLY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU'RE THE BEST!!! > ᴗ <"

I glanced at the clock, it was just past noon. I had a couple of hours to get ready. The living room was a bit of a mess, and I could probably do with tidying up a bit before she got here. And, of course, I needed to brush up on some of the math stuff myself. If I was going to help her, I might as well be prepared.

I set aside my plans for the day and started straightening things up. The least I could do was make sure the place didn't look like a disaster even though she wouldn't care, Brah.

2:55 PM

SIERRAS POV:

"MOMMM, can you drive me to Cody's house? He's going to help me study!" I ask giving her a wide smile. She looked up from her book about Chris McLean, her eyes narrowing slightly before softening.

"Sure honey!" My mom looked at me giving me a smile. like O-M-G-E I'm so thankful she's going to drive me!

Bouncing with excitement. I grabbed my bag, My Codykins place was only a few blocks away. I waited for my mom to get the car ready I slipped into the car, Excited "Did you see that new movie everyone's talking about?"

My mom talked to me with a brief rundown of the plot, we were already halfway to my Cody's house. When we pulled up to his place, I gave her a quick hug and dashed out of the car.

I rang the doorbell, and it wasn't long before Cody answered. As soon as he saw me, I couldn't help but throw my arms around him for a tight hug. "Hey, Codykins!" I said in a high bubbly voice, grinning at my Cody!

He looked a bit surprised at me. "Hey." He spoke " Come on we don't have all day! " He chucked grabbing my hand and sprinting upstairs.

Cody "led" PFFT- more like dragged me but that's okay! me upstairs to his room, and I couldn't help but glance around, starring at the posters on his walls he had a weezer poster and Elton john poster up.

"Alright," Cody spoke, gesturing to his desk, which was already set up with some math textbooks and notebooks. then we started to study! for like... hours I kept messing up! 

A FEW HOURS LATER...

My mom picked me up. As we drove, I reviewed the answers in my head. We finally parked at my house I ran upstairs flopping into my bed and groaned and passed out asleep.

6:30 AM

I Woke up yawning and stretching my arms and I shuffled into the bathroom, splashed some cold water on my face, then walked downstairs. After getting dressed I headed downstairs for breakfast a few minutes later I went back upstairs and brushed my teeth then got dressed and put on some makeup, then headed out of my bathroom going downstairs AGAIN, then my mom drove me to school.

I walked into the building, the familiar sounds of chatter and footsteps filling the hallway, I headed into math since that was my first subject The classroom door was slightly open, and I could already see a few classmates, some reviewing notes while others chatting with friends. I took a deep breath and pushed the door open and walked inside and sat in my seat.

I glanced around. Cody was already there, flipping through his textbook with a focused expression. I gave him a quick wave and a smile as the teacher handing out the test papers. I started working harder than normal because I didn't want to failll! like duh.

Everyone started finishing up, The teacher started handing back the graded tests, I could see my classmates' expressions as they glanced at their scores some looked relieved, others disappointed. I waited.

The teacher placed my test in front of me with a gentle smile, and I took a deep breath before lifting it up to see my score. I stared at the red mark on the top of the page. It was a grade far lower than I'd hoped for like omg! 

I walked out of the classroom and headed to my locker and taking out some of my books, closing it noticing Cody. Cody stared at me "Heyy, Sierra how'd the test go?" He questioned me "Not well" I giggled. " I mean- At least you tried unlike Duncan" He humored with me hes like so funny. "Yeah!"
