After a very long time, did the female get used to the current situation she was in. She had climbed up a tree once more to see the outland view of the forest and to say that it was "big" would be an understatement. Her mouth was left gaping open as her eyes greedily took in everything they saw. She had seen mountains from a very great distance alright, but looking at how it was only the outline she was seeing, she knew that she'd better not waste her time trying to go there.

Her eyes squinted when she tried looking farther than that, but it was too blurry to notice anything else. The female shifted her gaze to the East, and there she saw...

Nothing.

There was absolutely nothing to note about that area. There were no trees, neither were there any rocky mountains, and the female had asked herself if she was imagining things again. It was just a large amount of land, sparse vegetation, and whatnot.

Recalling everything in her head, the female had noted that the "East" (Mountainous, Desolated Area) is much farther than the "South" (Beyond) she was in, but is closer to the "North" (Rocky Mountains). The same it was for the "West" — which she had seen from its shimmering outskirts under the sun, to be a boundless sea — as it was closer to the Beyond than either the Rocky Mountains or Desolate area.

She slumped against the tree she was standing on and sighed, waiting for the males to come back from their assignment.

Night fell quickly that day, and the female waited in the dark under a fire's glow, for her companions to arrive from their one-month leave.

When she heard the rustling of leaves, she grabbed the wooden stake she had carved out herself in preparation for what she might see. She heaved a sigh of relief when she saw that it was her companions who were back from their work.

Quickly giving each of them side hugs, she asked; “So...? How did it go?” She looked at their grim facial expressions, and in her mind, she thought that it didn't go as planned.

Their silence didn't bode well with her as the female began thinking of every possible way to make everything come as proposed. With her head bent low in thought, the female heard a chortle and she thought that maybe she had heard wrong. She looked at them, her eyes narrowed in suspicion, trying to see if they were pranking her.

“By the gods —!” The female yelled, frustratedly at them; “You! You all are so infuriating!” She spoke with a little sigh.

Someone snorted, and that did it as several chuckles of laughter rang out after she was done speaking. The males smacked the person who had chortled first, on the head in jest, and the females waited for them to calm down.

After she had repeated her question, one of the males answered her with, “It went accordingly, as planned of course. The people are in disarray from the seeds of confusion we had planted —”

“Some are rioting against the King!” Someone chimed in from behind the male who was speaking. The male looked from his back at the other, who had butted in and soughed in acknowledgment at what he said.

“Yes, the people are revolting. The Kingdom is in division as of now we are speaking.” He concluded to the female.

“We are making progress; that's good then,” the female smirked at them before the night fire was snuffed off.
