It's been two weeks since her last interview, and she was still actively searching for a job.
"Y/N, where are you lost?" Miyuki, her friend from Japan, asked. Miyuki's father's company had transferred him here two years ago, and she was Y/N's first friend.
"Are you tense about the job?" Jeong, her other friend, asked. He's really sweet and has a sunny disposition. He's Miyuki's boyfriend, and they've been dating for the last seven and a half months.
"Yes," she replied with a faint smile.
"Don't worry, baby, you will find the job," Eun, her other friend, said reassuringly as he placed a chocolate milkshake in front of the girls. He sat beside Y/N, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and pulling her closer. He kissed her temple softly, bringing a genuine smile to Y/N's lips.
His father is the CEO of Lee Corporation. Eun is Jeong's best friend, and Jeong's girlfriend Miyuki is Y/N's friend; this is how Eun and Y/N know each other. Y/N has heard many things about Eun, like he is rude, shows off his money, and always insults people, but Y/N has never witnessed this behavior from him. She believes that people are spreading false rumors about Eun's behavior.
Y/N never thought she will be comfortable around any man but he prove her wrong, even she still dont understand how and when. He is bit touchy but not with bad touch. He just hug her kiss her on forehead and his hand always placed on her shoulder. she dont mind because somewhere his gesture help her to feel safe and comfortable,
"Arggh... you guys are making me feel so alone," Ye-jun said, glancing at Eun and Y/N. Y/N laughed at the poor guy, while Eun rolled his eyes.
"Don't laugh, Y/N, Miyuki and Jeong are in relationship, they behave like a sweet, cringe couple." Ye-jun said, gesturing towards. Jeong and Miyuki rolled their eyes in response.
"And you're just friends, nothing more, yet you act like them, making me feel like I don't deserve love," Ye-jun said with a sigh.
"Okay, okay, fine, we won't," Y/N said as she shifted her weight away from Eun, where she had been leaning on him.
