"Stu! Hi, I hope I'm not late?" I walk in, balancing a cake box carefully in my hands.
"Nugget...you look incredible! Who would've thought a nugget could turn heads like that?" Stu chuckles, circling me as I head towards the kitchen. The room is still fairly empty, only a few guests trickling in.
"Well thank you, your outfit is good too....by the way, I love your slippers"
"Hm? Oh thanks nugget!"
I grin and hold the box up. "This, Stu, is a little gift. I know how much you love sweets, so I thought we'd have some fun today. Go ahead, open it! Moxxie and I picked it out together."
His eyes light up at the mention of Moxxie, and his smile grows wider. "Well, if Moxxie had a hand in it, then it's gotta be something amazing."
I watch as he unties the ribbon and lifts the lid. His jaw drops.
"...Nugget...I...this is... NUGGET, THIS IS AMAZING!"

"Of course it's amazing, and it fits the theme perfectly." I beam with pride, knowing I spent quite a bit of money on this.
"This party is going to be awesome! Just wait till Billy shows up with the pizzas-then it'll really kick off!"
"You always make Billy fetch the pizzas," I tease.
"That's what he gets for not helping with anything else," Stu laughs, and we continue chatting while greeting a few guests trickling in.
A familiar voice cuts through the room. "Stu, is it true you're single now?"
I glance at him, curious for his response. His eyes widen slightly before a mischievous grin spreads across his face.
"Well, Nugget, you could say yes... and no." He winks at me, and my heart skips a beat. Am I reading this right?
"Is it Ran-"
"Randy!" A familiar figure stumbles in, arms overloaded with a towering stack of movies. His face is barely visible behind the pile. Stu quickly rushes over to help, grabbing a few off the top. Observant much, Stu?
"Randy, why do you need so many movies?" I laugh, watching the two interact. They look downright adorable together.
"Gasp What do you mean? We need options!" Randy replies dramatically.
"Oh, come on, everyone knows you're only going to watch Halloween," I say, rolling my eyes.
"I-well... okay, fine. You got me. But hey, love your outfit! It looks amazing on you."
"Thanks, but you're not really wearing much of anything today," I point out, raising an eyebrow at his simple attire.
