Dai's POV
I wake up in an unfamiliar bed, feeling confused at first. As I look around, I realize I’m in Shun’s bedroom. The memories of the previous night slowly start coming back.
"Are you awake?" I ask.
"Yes," Shun replies.
"Did you sleep well?"
"I guess, maybe, or maybe not," I admit.
"I told you before, it's very small… but let it be. Go and take a shower," Shun says.
"Hmm, where’s the bathroom? And can I borrow some clothes?" I ask.
"It’s on the right, but…"
"But what?"
"Mine are a bit bigger."
"It’s okay, I can manage."
"Alright, here, take these..." Shun hands me some clothes.
"Thanks."
After the shower, I come out.
"Do you want breakfast?" Shun asks.
"You know how to cook?" I ask, surprised.
"Yeah," he says casually.
"That’s impressive; you’re talented."
"Situations made me like this," Shun murmurs.
"What?" I ask, not quite catching his words.
"Uh, nothing... So, do you want breakfast?"
"Yes," I reply quickly.
**At the dining table**
"So, do you have a girlfriend?" I ask, curious.
"No, I don’t," Shun answers.
"Okay..." I still have doubts. I’m sure he has one, considering how he ignores all the girls at college.
"Why did you ask?" Shun inquires.
"Just curious..." I answer, not having a better excuse.
**Shun’s POV**
Is he also falling for me? Impossible.
After we finished breakfast, he finally left. It was such an awkward moment. I’m not sure how I feel about it—whether it was good or not.
**Shun’s POV ends**At Dai's home
"Mom, I thanked him, like you told me to."
"Are you back now? Where were you last night?"
"At Shun's house."
"Oh, I told you he's a nice person! You stayed at his place; he must have asked you to."
"I don’t know him that well, Mom. I told you, he's just my senior."
"Okay, okay…"
"He’s a good guy. You should make him your friend."
"Alright, Mom, whatever you say, I’ll do."
Dai remembers how Shun dropped him home that night. His mom asked him to thank Shun, and he did as she said.
As the days went by, they still weren't friends. Dai, still searching for his 'right one,' finally decided to give up on finding anyone.
"What...?" Dai was shocked.
"I think you should give it a try," sham said.
"So, you’re suggesting I try dating guys?"
"Yes."
"Are you crazy? How could you suggest that?"
"Think about it—maybe your soulmate is a guy. That’s why you haven't found a girlfriend yet."
"No, no, I’m not doing this. It's ridiculous."
"Think it over... Call me when you change your mind. I’ll take you to a popular gay hangout spot."
"I’ll never go there."
"As you wish."
