Chapter Text
As the Hogwarts Express moved through the countryside, you, Fred, and George sat huddled together, your arms around each other, lost in your own thoughts. The twins felt a surge of protectiveness towards Y/N, promising themselves to keep her safe from her abusive father.
You, on the other hand, felt a sense of relief and comfort in being surrounded by the love and support of the Weasley Twins. For the first time, you could see a future where you didn't have to live in fear or hide your true self. The thought of moving in with the Weasleys and being part of their loving family made your heart swell.
George leaned in and whispered into your ear, "Don't worry, Y/N, we'll make sure you're happy and safe with us. We'll help you get the help you need to break free from your father's grasp." Fred nodded in agreement, his hand squeezing yours reassuringly.
You looked up at them gratefully, tears shining in your eyes. "Thank you, both of you. You have no idea how much this means to me. I feel like I have a real family for the first time in my life."
Fred and George shared a smile, their hearts swelling with love for you. As they watched the lush English countryside whizz past, they made a silent pledge, a promise to each other and to you, that they would stand by you, supporting you, and protecting you with all their hearts. Together, you, Fred, and George would face the world, hand in hand, ready to conquer any obstacle that came your way. Your curled up between Fred and George on the train, the three of you sharing a compartment. Your head rests on Fred's shoulder as he absentmindedly runs his fingers through your hair. George has his arm wrapped around your waist, pulling you close. the three of you lost in your own little world, enjoying the closeness and intimacy.
Suddenly, the door to your compartment swings open, and Lee's head pops in, grinning from ear to ear. "how's my favorite throuple doing?"
You try to muster a smile, but the tears welling up in your eyes give you away. Fred and George tighten their embrace, sensing your distress. Lee's brow furrows with concern as he takes in the scene.
"Wh-what's going on, Y/N? Why are you crying?" he asks, his voice laced with worry. The twins look at you and you nod your head giving them permission to tell Lee. The twins exchange a glance before George speaks up, his voice low and serious. "Lee, we need to tell you something important. Y/N's dad... he's been abusing her. Physically and verbally. He hates magic and blames Y/N for it. We just found out she's been living with this for years, and it got worse when she started Hogwarts three years ago."
Lee's eyes widen in shock, his mouth falling open. "What? Y/N, is this true? Why didn't you tell me?"
You look down, tears falling from your cheeks. "I couldn't, Lee. I was scared, and ashamed. I didn't want anyone to know how weak I was, how I couldn't even protect myself. But my father hurt me bad this time and the twins... they promised to protect me."
Fred nods, his arm tightening around your shoulders. "We're going to make sure she's safe, Lee. She's going see if she can move in with us, with our family. We won't let anyone hurt her again."
Lee looks between the three of you, his expression a mix of anger, sadness, and determination. "I'm so sorry, Y/N. I wish you had told me sooner. I'm here for you too, you know. Anything you need, I'm your best friend."
You smile weakly at him, grateful for his support. "Thank you, Lee. I appreciate it more than you know."
George leans forward, his eyes intense. "We're going to need your help, Lee. We can't let anyone at school know about this, not until she is ready. We have to protect y/n/n, and that means keeping this between us for now."
