Two months had passed since your 15th birthday, and the Hogwarts campus was abuzz with excitement. The first Quidditch match of the season had finally arrived, pitting Gryffindor against Slytherin.
Lee's voice boomed through the stadium, his commentary infectious with excitement.
"And here we go, folks! The Gryffindor team is taking to the skies, led by their fearless Captain, Oliver Wood!"You soared onto your broom alongside the Twins, Angelina, Alicia, Harry, and Oliver, the wind whipping through your hair as you formed a tight circle.
Madam Hooch blew her whistle, and the game began. The Quaffle flew through the air, and Alicia expertly caught it, passing it to you with a swift flick of her wrist.
You dodged a Bludger with ease, your broomstick handling impressive, and shot the Quaffle with precision.
"Ten points for Gryffindor, scored by my own sister, Y/N! She's a natural flyer, folks!" Lee exclaimed, his voice echoing through the stadium.McGonagall's voice cut through the noise, "Mr. Jordan, please stay impartial."
Lee nodded, clearing his throat, "Ah, yes, of course, Professor. Gryffindor's taken the lead, but Slytherin's not giving up yet!"
Meanwhile, the Twins, Fred and George, worked their magic as Beaters, sending Bludgers flying towards the Slytherin team.
"And the Twins are on fire, hitting those Bludgers with precision! Slytherin's got their hands full!" Lee shouted. You expertly passed the Quaffle to Angelina, who scored a goal, her shot flying past the Slytherin Keeper.
"And Angelina scores! Gryffindor's pulling ahead, folks!" Lee exclaimed.
The game intensified, the Slytherin team fighting hard to catch up.
But you, Angelina, and Alicia worked seamlessly together, your passes and shots a testament to your skill and teamwork. The score reached 60-30, with Gryffindor firmly in the lead.
You made another daring move, stealing the Quaffle from a Slytherin player, but a Bludger hit your arm, sending your broomstick wobbling.
"And Y/N takes a hit, but she's not down yet, folks!" Lee exclaimed.
You regained control, your face set in determination.
Meanwhile, Harry spotted the Snitch and took off after it, his broomstick flying at rapid speed.
"And Harry's got it! He's caught the Snitch, and Gryffindor wins!" Lee shouted, his voice triumphant.
But a rogue Bludger chased Harry, and he crashed to the ground, Snitch in hand, his arm twisted at an awkward angle. The game ended, Gryffindor winning, but at a price – Harry's broken arm.The buffoonish Lockhart attempted to fix Harry's arm but ended up making his bones disappear.
Harry was rushed to the infirmary, and the Twins rushed to your side, concern etched on their faces.
"Is your arm okay?" Fred asked, his voice laced with worry.
You reassured them, "I'm fine, I've had worse before."
George nodded, and they took your hands, leading you to the changing rooms. As you walked, Fred leaned in, his voice low and husky, "We were worried sick about you out there."
George added, his eyes shining with adoration, "You were amazing, as always."
You smiled, your heart racing with excitement, and leaned in to kiss them both, the thrill of the match still coursing through your veins.
Your lips met in a tender, sweet kiss, the tension between you palpable, as you celebrated your win.
A few days later In the sweet, candy-filled haven of Honeydukes, you, Ginny, and Hermione chatted and perused the shelves when Vance, a Slytherin with a penchant for arrogance, approached your trio. Vance stood at 5'8" with a lean build, his black hair messily styled, and bright blue eyes that gleamed with superiority. He wore sleek black robes that accentuated his confident, arrogant air.
"Well, well, well, look what we have here. The mudblood duo and the runt of the Weasley litter," he sneered, his disdain for you all dripping from his words. You groaned and rolled your eyes, ready to engage in the typical Vance banter. "Oh, joy, Vance. How's the whole 'wannabe Daddy's puppet' thing going? Still trying to make Daddy proud?"
