Demons: Bickering* Abigael: OK, I HAVE HEARD ENOUGH!!! Look, I understand the weight of the situation, trust me, I do. But what kind of fools do that make us if we're sitting over here bickering and fighting when what we need to do is work out a plan. Before the Charmed Ones make their move. Demon Leader: Aren't you supposed to be the so-called other parent to this child? Abigael: As I've said before, I believe that the Charmed Ones, perhaps that Time Witch, somehow extracted my DNA and made that baby. Now, I can't prove it, but I think they might be using that baby as leverage over me, so they could have the Demon Overlord do their bidding. And If I'm correct, then we could possibly use that to our advantage. Demon Leader: How? Abigael: Now, bear with me here. If I could possibly purpose raising the baby with the witch, then maybe, just maybe. She could end up falling in love with me. Demon Leader: And how exactly would that help us? Abigael: You see, if she's in love with me, then I could maybe use her to our advantage. That way, we could have a Charmed One on our side and we could even make sure that they're plotting our very downfall. How does that sound? Demon Leader: You know what, I'm not gonna lie that actually sounds pretty good. It would mean we wouldn't have to be constantly looking over our shoulders which I'm sure we all can admit, is a relief. Demon Leader: Yeah, and so what if it is? There's still too many 'maybes' or 'possibilities' nothing you just said is a guarantee, Which I know we all need right about now. Abigael: I'm just bringing ideas to the table for right now. And I promise, I will not take any course of action until I've made sure that the plan I've secured certainly won't fail. Now, until then, I'll try my best to keep things cool with the Charmed Ones, but that means you have got to lay off on messing with witches for now. Demon Leader: And what if witches mess with us? Abigael: I'm going to make sure that doesn't happen, alright? Now if you have any other questions, please, refrain from asking and get lost. *everyone leaves* *sighs* Mel: Wow, I gotta say, you handled that pretty well. Abigael: Well, the trick to being a good Overlord is installing fear in the eyes of those that would dare defy you. Mel: Yeah, and you seem to have a knack for that, don't you? Abigael: Oh, yes, absolutely. Mel: Hey, Abby? Abigael: Hmm? Mel: There's something that I want to ask you... Abigael: Ok, go ahead. Mel: What you said during that meeting... About using me and Natalie to your advantage. That wasn't true, was it? Abigael: No, of course it wasn't. But I can't have the demon knowing that now can I? I'm telling you, Mel, I can't show any signs of me caring about you to them; it's just strictly forbidden. Mel: Why? Abigael: Melanie, I thought we've talked about this. Showing any emotion towards witches is a sign of weakness and I could probably lose my job over that and trust me, we do not need any other demon besides me on the throne. But just so you know if anything ever does happen to me, I've already asked Joxen to step up for me. He'll make sure that things are safe for witches, I promise. But for now, can we please not talk about this anymore? At least not verbally, I mean you never know who might be trying to spy on you so, no more repeating sensitive information, got it? Mel: Yeah. Abigael: Ok. Well, you can spend the day with Natalie and I have a lot of paperwork to do so if you need me, I'll be in my office. *walks over to her office* Oh, and I almost forgot, when I saw into Francesca's mind, I saw that she had been working with Alastor to find the gems inside of the Crystal Cave and was using Natalie to find out who was needed in order to unlock the Cave, now my guess is, she didn't get that far. She would've needed Joshua in order to do the mind meld on Natalie and he utterly despies our father. But anyways, on to my point of topic, Alastor had told Francesca to help him in exchange for the recipe to a potion that Francesca spent years trying to use on me. Now, I don't know what it does but I certainly do not want to find out so we're gonna need to put a stop to their plans, which I now know involve the gems in that cave. We need to find out what they planned to do with them so we can be prepared for any of their surprise attacks I'm sure they have planned for us. Mel: You mind telling me how I do that? Abigael: No idea. But if I were you, I'd start with someone who knows Alastor and Francesca better than anyone else. Good luck, love. *goes into her office* Mel: *sighs* *at Vera manor* Maggie: Hey, Mace, can I talk to you for a sec? Macy: Yeah, sure. Maggie: Ok.... Well, I just wanted to tell you something from the perspective of a witch who can literally see the future. Macy: Ok, what is it? Maggie: What if Harry's dream about us being in danger was actually a vision from the future? Macy: What do you mean? Maggie: Well, Abby said that the antidote to the poison that was inflicted upon Harry was oddly similar to an antidote for a poison that Alastor used on Parker when he got out of line. Which leads to the fact that only the members of the Caine family, including Alastor, knows how to use that poison. And there's that tinnie weenie possibility that Harry's dream about us being in danger was actually a vision from the future of us being in danger from Alastor. Macy: Hold on, wait, so you're saying that Harry saw a vision of us in danger from Alastor and Alastor is the one who poisoned him? Maggie: Don't you think that if Harry was close to figuring out Alastor's big plan for Natalie, that he wouldn't just let Harry live to tell us? Macy: Well, *sighs* If Harry does know something about Alastor's plan, then we have to talk to him. Maggie: Well, I'd say our best bet on that is doing a mind meld, but who are we going to get to help us out with that? Macy: Hmm, You don't think Abby would be a good option? Maggie: No, I do, but Mel's been telling me that the Demon World is getting suspicious about the Charmed Ones' new baby and Abby, as the loving and protective girlfriend she is, has being working on convincing the Demon World that the war between witches and demons could possibly end with this baby. And that has got her quite preoccupied at the moment thus leaving us to handle our demons without her. Macy: Ok, so, what now? Mel: *walks in* Hey, guys. Maggie and Macy: *in unison* Hey. Maggie: Why the long face, dear sister? Mel: You know why. Maggie: Oh, is it because you have to resurrect Charity? I mean, the spell said the first and last Elder to die, and Charity's the last. Macy: Yeah, and mom's the first, so aren't you excited about that? Mel: Yeah, I am. But I just wish Abby could be here, you know? Right by my side, just like always... Maggie: Mel, you know that Abby is absolutely whipped for you. And whenever you need her, she is going to be right by your side, no matter what. Mel: Yeah, but it's not even only that. I have also been tasked by Abby to find out Alastor and Francesca's big plan for Natalie from and I quote "the people that know Francesca and Alastor better than anyone else." and literally only lord knows who that is. Macy: Maybe you should try talking to Waverly about Francesca. And perhaps Tyler or Hunter about Alastor. Mel: Hm. How about we dissect this into a three-way plan? Who calls resurrecting Mom and Charity? Maggie and Macy: *in unison* Not it! Mel: *groans* Maggie: Sorry, Mel, but I'd honestly rather talk to Waverly. Macy: And I'd rather talk to one of Abby's brothers. Mel: And of course I'm supposed to get the short end of that stick. Maggie: Good luck. And who knows? Maybe Abby might drop by for a midday snack. *winks* Macy: Eww. Great, now I can't get that image out of my head, let's go. *leaves* Maggie: Byeee! *leaves* Mel: *grabs the Book of Shadows* *sighs* Time to see if the new feature I added works. Jordan: *knocks on the door* Mel: *opens the door* Hey, Jordan, what are you doing here? Jordan: Uh, I was kinda hoping to talk to Maggie, is she here? Mel: No, actually. She just left. But you can wait for her here if you want to. Jordan: Ok, thanks. *walks in* So, what have you been up to? Mel: Oh, nothing much, just trying to resurrect serial killers and compulsive liars. Jordan: Ah, so the usual, I'm guessing. Mel: Yep. Wanna see something cool? Jordan: Uhh, sure. Mel: Ok. *sets the book down on the coffee table* Show me a spell to resurrect lost souls. *book magically turns to a resurrection spell* Jordan: Oh, cool! And it's seriously odd that that is nothing new for me. Mel: Yeah, well, magic has a way of doing that to people. No, but, seriously, me and my sisters have spent months trying to replicate the spell used on the OG Book of Shadows. And now I think we might've finally got it. You know, granted, nothing bad or not out of the ordinary happens. Jordan: Huh. And I'm guessing this is all part of yet another battle that the Charmed Ones have found themselves facing? Mel: Yes, one big, bad, formidable battle. That is all this is. Jordan: And what part of said battle does a highly sophisticated Charmed One like yourself find herself working her way through? Mel: Unfortunately, only the beginning, Sir Chase. Jordan: Well, I hate to ask, but I feel like I should, would you mind having a temporary partner-in-crime for this semi-battle or whatever? Mel: I'm not sure, Jordan. Granted, this is only a battle and absolutely nothing like the war we're soon to face.... Jordan: You sure having a temporary partner-in-crime wouldn't hurt? Mel: *sighs* Fine. But just this once, and only because I might need someone to help me refrain from killing either of them. *Meanwhile with Macy, Hunter and Tyler* Macy: Hey, boys. You got a sec? Hunter: You mind telling me why the hell we'd ever help you? Tyler: Hey, you remember what Abby said. Hands off of any of the Charmed Ones. Hunter: Ah, and we're taking orders from her now. Abigael: *walks in* Well, if one wishes to continue breathing, I suggest you do as I say. Macy: Thank you. At least someone has manners. Abigael: Yes. And if either one of these idiots bother you, just come and get me. I'll put them in their place. Anyways, I'm on my way to check on the mother of my child. Good day, Macy, and you two, behave yourselves. *leaves* Tyler: So, to what do we owe the pleasure of having a talk with a fine woman like yourself? Hunter: God, Ty, will you just leave her alone. She came here for a reason now let her just say what she needs to say. Macy: Uh, thank you... For that... Hunter: Yeah, well, I didn't do it for you. I did it for Abigael. Now, how can we help you? Macy: Ok. I don't know if Abby already told you guys but I need to talk to someone close to Alastor, someone who could tell us all of his moves. Any idea who that might be? Tyler and Hunter: *looks at each other* Macy: What? Do you know someone? Hunter: *sighs* Yeah, I think we might. Macy: Who? Tyler: When we were growing up, it was pretty rough. Especially so for the ones who the Demon Overlord's comrades tried to kill. Hunter: One night, there was this little boy. He was enslaved by a close company of the Overlord and he was getting abused by him and he tried to fight back. That's when Alastor suddenly saw a glimpse of himself fighting his father from inside the eyes of that little boy. And then he took him in. Raised him as if he was his own. That boy was like a son to him. But one day, a flock of Alastor's enemies came to town and Alastor, being so scared he literally almost peed his pants, took Me, Tyler and Parker and ran. Lucien was left behind and no one's seen or heard from him again. We'd just assumed Alastor's enemies killed him. They were ruthless like that. Macy: So this guy, Lucien, was just left behind and presumably killed by Alastor's ruthless enemies? How will we even know whether or not this dude is even alive? Tyler: I'd suggest using a locator spell, but if he's dead it won't work so what you want to do is perform an Insumacari. Basically what it does is locate a person between the world's of the living and of the dead. If he's dead, you'll know where exactly he died and how. If not, then you'll just find his location along with his not-dead body. Macy: Ok. And I'm assuming you know the certain necessities for this mysterious spell? Tyler: Why, of course. After all, I am a wizard of magical knowledge Macy: Ok, well, you mind telling me what those are, Mr. Wizard? Tyler: *sighs* *Back at Vera manor* Jordan: Ok, so, you mind telling me how exactly this spell works? Mel: So, basically, all I'm going to do is summon their spirits, and once I've convinced them to help me, I will perform the *dramatically* Great Resurrection of 2021! Jordan: *laughs* Say, Mel, you're quite the planner, aren't you? Mel: Well, speaking from the point of view of someone who has planned the best parties, not to mention a killer  pretend Quinceanera for Maggie, I'd say I am. *smiles* Jordan: *clears throat* Yeah, well, speaking of Maggie, I wanted to ask you... *sighs* For advice. It'd just be really nice to hear it from someone who knows her better than I do, you know? Mel: Jordan, you're a nice guy. And that's probably one of the things Maggie likes most about you so just... Keep being yourself. I mean, that's all anyone can do at this point, right? Jordan: Yeah, Hey, good talk. Mel: *smiles* Abigael: *walks in* What a touching little scene. But I'll have you know that this beautiful young woman is already taken, thank you very much. So for your own safety, I'd advise you to stick to the Perky Princess so nobody gets hurt. Mel: Wow, calm down, Abby, he was just thanking me for giving him advice about his relationship with Maggie. That's all. Abigael: Mhm. Mel: Yeah, so, moving on from that, Jordan was just about to witness the ghost summoning spell I'm about to perform. Abigael: Not without me you aren't. Mel: Abby. Abigael: I'd only be helping you, Melanie, that's the entire reason I'm here. I wouldn't have taken off of work in such a big crisis as this if it wasn't just to help you. Mel: I know, Abby and I really appreciate it but..... Abigael: But what? Mel: You know what? Fine. If you want to help, so be it. I will cast the spell but first we have to create an enlarged version of Nimue's Circle of Entrapment. Abigael: Might I ask why? Mel: To make sure we don't have a repeat of your little escapade with Hunter. The two of them will stay trapped inside the circle until we are good and ready to resurrect them. Abigael: And by them you mean the first and last Elder? Mel: *nods her head* Abigael: Ok, let's get this started, shall we? *back to Macy and Tyler* Macy: Ok I think this is everything. Can I do the incantation now? Tyler: Well, I guess, but you might want to put a few more rose petals on the edges just for good measure. Macy: *looks at the layout* Yeah, you're right, it does look like it could use some more, how did you know that? Tyler: First thing I learned about witchcraft is that you always have to take a look at what you're doing in order to perfect it. And trust me, when it comes to magic, perfection is key. Macy: Hmm. *sighs* So, what do you say we get this show on the road, huh? Tyler: Ok, first try saying the first part of the incantation and mixing together out little concossion. And once you're done, pour the liquid onto the map while saying the second part. And finally you can use the telekinesis to sort of move the liquid around into one particular spot, the magic of the spell will guide you to where you need to go. Macy: Ok. *mixing together all the ingredients* Bind together the elements of earth, air, fire, and water, to give me the all greatest desire.*pours the mixture onto the map* Tyler: Remember, go slowly now. The slower the better. Macy: Lactum incasfesta por lutem malafucim eckta. *moves the mixture around with her telekinesis* *stops* Tyler: Why did you stop, what's going on? Macy: I don't know, it's almost like he's- Lucien: Right here? Macy: *gasps* Lucien: *smirks* *dramatic music swells up* *back to Vera manor* Mel: Ok, and, Jordan, you can put these two here and, Abby, put this one here. This should do it. Abigael: You want to do the honors or should I? Mel: Let's both do it. Because we're a team, remember? Abigael: *smiles* *holds her hand* Mel: *holds her hand* Ready? Abigael: Absolutely. Mel: Good. 'Cause I sure as hell am not. *begins chanting the ghost summoning spell* Abigael: *begins chanting the ghost summoning spell* *magic swirls around in the air* *Charity and Marisol's ghost start summoning* Mel & Abigael: Guardian Nimue, using the elements of earth, air, fire and water, I call upon thee to bless this ritual. *circle activates* *ghosts go into the circle* Mel: It worked! Marisol: Mel? Mel: Hey, Mom. Marisol: What are we doing here, why did you summon us? Mel: It would take a while to explain but basically, Abigael, here has a brother that she cares for deeply and he's in trouble and the only way to save him -and possibly the world- is with you guys help. Charity: Wait, Abigael as in Abigael Caine? Francesca's daughter? Abigael: Yes, I assume you knew my mother. And my father, but I promise you I mean no harm. Marisol: And why would we believe you? Mel: Mom, she's my girlfriend and I trust her. Not to mention the fact that we sorta have a child together. Marisol: What? You had a child with her? Mel: Mom, like I said, it would take a while to explain. But we need your help. Marisol: My help with what? Saving her demon brother? Mel: Look, I'm no fan of Hunter's but Abigael cares about him and that's good enough for me. Marisol: *scoffs* Mel, you are my daughter and I love you but you need to have better judgment skills, especially towards her kind. Mel: Ugh! You know what this is useless, I'm done. *leaves* Abigael: Melanie, wait! *runs after her* Mel: *crying* Abigael: Hey, hey, hey, what's wrong, love? Mel: I just feel so stupid. Believing that anyone would care about you despite you being a Caine. Abigael: Melanie, you are not stupid, you're just... Hopeful. Granted, maybe a little too hopeful but still hopeful nonetheless. Look, let me talk to her, alone. Maybe I just might be able to reach out to her in ways you can't. And if you want, Jordan can stay with you. Mel: Are you sure about this? Abigael: A little. But go big or go home, right? *Back at Abby's apartment* Hunter: Lucien.... Lucien: In the flesh. Hunter: So, tell me, what exactly brings you here? Lucien: Well, I believe you are fully capable of answering that question yourself. After all, you're the one who summoned me with your little Insumacari spell. Macy: *under her breath* You didn't tell me that the spell would summon him. Tyler: It's not supposed to. He probably felt the magic on him somehow and reversed the connection to make him able to trace your location instead of the other way around. Lucien: Oh, you're a smart cookie, aren't you? Tyler, is it? My, you've grown up. I remember when you were nothing but a simple child. Hunter: He was 19, dumbass. Lucien: Still, in my eyes, nothing but a little child. Oh, and I'm assuming you're Hunter, Alastor's eldest? Well, then I guess that just leaves the younger one, Parker, probably pradding about with some witch like he always used to just like the weak and pathetic human he was when he was little. Tyler: Well, why don't you just go and screw off because Parker's more of a man than you'll ever be. Lucien: While that may be true he's still a disgrace to the Caine name and- Hunter: How would you have any room to talk about that when you never were a Caine in the first place. Lucien: But you have to admit, I did make Daddy proud, didn't I? Tyler: Clearly not proud enough because he took us and left you to die. Lucien: Well, I survived, did I not? And still, I would be much more fitting as a Caine the little Parker would. Hunter: *chuckles* Sounds like jealousy to me. Macy: Ok, enough! This is not what we brought you here for, Lucien. We brought you here because we need something from you.... And before you say 'no' just know that it is a matter of life and death. Hunter: And if you don't help us, there will be a very angry demon-witch hybrid on your ass. Lucien: Oh, I sure hope you're not talking about that sorry excuse for a demon, Abigael. She was barely even strong enough to survive Alastor's many failed asasanation attempts, what makes you think she could possibly stand a chance against me? The Junior Dark Master, they call me. Like a mini Alastor of sorts. Hunter: No, that's the title that you stole from me by copying everything I do. Tyler: Yeah, and when Abby's fueled with a ferocious need to protect her family at all costs, there is absolutely no one, not even the Devil himself, that she is not ready, willing and able to fight in order to keep her family out of harm's way. Lucien: And what family is she trying to protect? Macy: Her daughter. My niece. And not to mention a very powerful member of the Caine family which means, Hunter: If you don't agree to help us, you're not just messing with us. You're messing with the entire Caine family. Macy: So know that you have the consequences of saying 'no' in mind, I'm gonna ask you. Will you help us? Lucien: *sighs* *back at Vera manor* Abigael: *clears her throat* Charity: Oh, great, she's back. Abigael: Ok, I'm gonna ignore that because I'm not here to talk to you, I'm here for Marisol. And Marisol only. Marisol: What do you want? Abigael: Just to ask you some stuff. Marisol: Ok, fine, what is it? Abigael: Well, for starters, I'd like to know why you seem to direct your disdain for my father onto me. Marisol: Because you're just like him. Do you know how many times Francesca came to us, not knowing what to do about her trouble-making daughter? Abigael: *scoffs* For your information, Francesca traumatized me beyond heights imaginable and treated me like a piece of crap so it's no wonder why I lashed out so much. My powers were absolutely out of control because she didn't even bother to teach me how to control them, knowing that at any moment if I felt any overwhelming emotion, my powers would go hay-wire, it's almost like she was setting me up for failure. And do you really think that if I were such a trouble-making demon, that I would be raising your granddaughter with the same care and respect that I never once had growing up? You know that little Natalie is truly something else. She's not even a year old yet and she still has such an amazing and cute personality at her young age. Marisol: *sighs* How do I know if any of what you're saying is true? Abigael: Because I can assure you that if you help us, I promise I will let you see your granddaughter. Marisol: I don't think Mel would allow that. Abigael: Let me handle Mel, ok? And all you have to do is say 'yes'. Marisol: .......... Abigael: *phone rings* Hold that thought for just one second, I have to take this. *answers it* Hello? Hunter? What's going on? Hunter: Uh, we kind of need your help over here, it's an emergency. Abigael: What kind of an emergency? Hunter: Uh, you know, just the kind that evolves you getting your ass over here ASAP. Abigael: Well, I can't just leave Melanie here by herself, I- *sighs* You know what? Just stay there, make sure Waverly and the baby are safe and try not to panic, ok? I'm on my way. *hangs up* Mel: What was that about? Abigael: I don't know. Hunter called and said it was an emergency. Mel: What kind of emergency? Is Natalie ok? Abigael: I don't know he didn't bother to specify what it was, he just told me that he needed me there ASAP and don't worry, I told him to make sure that Waverly and the baby are safe. Mel: Ok. Go, I'll be fine here. Abigael: You sure? Mel: Yeah. I got this, go. Abigael: Ok. Jordy, if something happens to her, you'll be hearing from me. And not in a good way, got it? Jordan: Crystal clear, Sarge. Abigael: *kisses Mel's forehead* *leaves* Mel: *sighs* Well, Mother. Have you come to your senses? Marisol: Hmm. *Back at Abby's apartment* Hunter: So you mean to tell me... that you don't know what Alastor has planned? Lucien: Now, that is not what I said. I simply told you that Alastor is a man of various priorities so really there's no telling what could be on his agenda. But, as I was getting to before I was rudely interrupted, if he's been hinting away that his plan involves this baby of Abigael's, then he's most likely just trying to keep you on edge. One thing about Alastor, he is most definitely one to just jump into something without really thinking it through. So instead of playing the long game, winning over your trust and stabbing you in the back afterwards, he'd much rather keep you on edge, and wait for the right time to strike and destroy everything you hold dear *smiles*. Macy: Well, then that's good, I mean, because we'll be ready for his attack, right? Lucien: *sighs* Not exactly, love. Macy: What do you mean? Lucien: Well, adding on to my earlier point, while Alastor does plan on waiting however long he needs to to get his way, he also has a soft point, a weakness, one would say. Macy: And what's that? Tyler: Why, every demon's weakness: Too much power. Lucien: Correct-a-mondo, my friend. Tyler: I'm not your friend. Lucien: *rolls his eyes* Anyways, back to what I was saying. Alastor's obsession with power has always been his greatest weakness. Now, if one wishes to exploit that, I would suggest using a reverse method and play the long game with him. Now, it might take a while, seeing as it's Alastor we're talking about here. But if you put in enough effort, you just might be able to get him to slip something out about his big master plan. All you have to do is wait. Give it time. He'll come around, he eventually does. Abigael: Well, it's a good thing I don't mind waiting. Lucien: Wha- Abigael: *casting a spell* Close your eyes, stay asleep. You're less trouble when you don't make a peep. *directs the spell on Lucien* Lucien: *falls asleep* Hunter: What was that for? Abigael: Well, you called saying it was an emergency, and I assumed that the emergency had something to do with him. Hunter: Yeah, it did. He was telling us the best way to defeat Alastor. Abigael: And how do you even know he was telling the truth? Tyler: Easy. Orb of truth and lies, the one you used on me, remember? Abigael: Why, yes of course. Hunter: And it was ok since we knew what he was telling the truth, and we were just waiting for you to take care of him afterwards. Abigael: And why exactly would I need to 'take care' of him? Hunter: Well, I guess that would be because.... Abigael: Because what? Tyler: Because we kinda, sorta, maybe... told him about..... The baby... Abigael: You WHAT?! Hunter: Hey, calm down, we only even did it because we needed some kind of leverage over him, it's not like we were just going to let him walk out of here, knowing what he knows. Abigael: Well, what do you expect me to do, wipe his memory? Tyler: Well, we were kinda hoping you'd know what to do with him. Abigael: I guess.... But I'll deal with him later. Hunter, take him to the dungeon. I have to return to Mel, make sure she's alright. Macy, you coming? Macy: Uh, sure, just give me a sec. Abigael: Ok. Macy: Uh, I just wanted to thank you, Tyler. For helping me and doing the right thing. Even if it might've been for the wrong reasons. Tyler: Doing right for wrong is kind of my speciality. And hey, if you ever need someone to help you out with magic or spells or potions... *gives her his number* Then I'm just a phone call away. *leaves* Macy: *sighs* Ok, Abby, I think I'm ready now. Abigael: Alright, then grab hold. Macy: *grabs hold of her arm* Abigael: *phase-shifts the both of them to Vera manor* Mel? Macy and I are back! Mel: I'm up here! Abby and Macy: *walks upstairs* Mel: Hey, Mace, where's Mags? Macy: That's a really good question, I think she might still be with Waverly. Mel: Well, we're gonna need the Power of Three in order to resurrect them. Or in this case, her, because I'm only resurrecting Mom. Macy: Uh, might I ask why? Mel: Because we still haven't convinced Charity to help us, and I don't really feel like doing that today. Charity: Alright, I'll do it. Mel: Really? Charity: Yeah, I mean it's better than being dead. Mel: How do we know you're even telling the truth? Charity: Tell me, what reason would I even have to lie? I made a mistake killing Marisol and I have to make up for that somehow. Why not start here? Mel: Ok, let's say we believe you. If we resurrect you, you're staying in a containment spell until we need you. Charity: Fine. Whatever. Just do it. Macy: Ok, I'll text Maggie. *texts Maggie* Mel: *clears throat* So, how you holding up? Abigael: *sighs* For the most part, I'm fine. Overall, just tired. Honestly, I'm ready to help you perform this resurrection and call it a night. Macy: Ok. Maggie's on her way. Mel: Ok. Mace, if you want me to help you memorize the incantation, I can. And then you could just text it to Mags while she's on her way here. Macy: Ok, that'd be great. Mel: Ok. Abby? Abigael: Hmm? Mel: I'm gonna take the spell down and I'm gonna need you to draw a salt circle around them. And use about six of the boundary solidifying candles sprinked in rosemary for a full bodied resurrection. That way they won't be like, tired and starving from being dead for so long. Abigael: Ok, anything else? Mel: Umm, no, I think that's everything. Abigael: Ok. Mel: Wait! Abigael: What? Mel: Wait, there was something that Tyler told me was the best for resurrections, but I can't remember the name of it... Abigael: Wait, I think that might be some kind of demon-based formula herb. Called Malicari. Mel: Well, I don't think we have any of that here, do we? Macy: No. But I think there might've been some in the Command Center, I can text Maggie and ask her to bring it. Abigael: No need. I know just the right substitute. Mel: Which is? Abigael: Lavender, Caverwood, and lastly, demon blood. We just attach the paste onto a sage burner and slowly blow the smoke onto the salt circle to ensure that these two are resurrected in one piece. Jordan: That can happen? Abigael: Of course it can. Resurrections are tricky as hell, it's best to know what you're doing before you just perform one and it ends up not turning out the way you want it to, it's just a lot. But thanks to Tyler we have everything we need to ensure the perfect resurrection. Maggie: Guys! I'm here! Mel: We're up here, Maggie! Maggie: Ok! Macy: Well, now that Maggie's here, we can finally get this show on the road, huh? Maggie: Hell yeah. *smiles* Jordan: Uh, hey, Mags. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen you all day, so, uh, nice to see you, I guess..... Maggie: Yeah you too. *awkwardly chuckles* Abigael: *finishes adding the finishing touches to the spell* Ok, that should do it. Girls, hold hands. Maggie, Mel, and Macy: *holds each others hand* Abigael: Ready? Mel: Ready. Abigael: Ok. Allow me to start off the spell with the energy projection of the Power of Three, which will be distributed by you three ladies. Mel: *clears her throat* the Charmed Ones: Potintia trim! *wind blowing* Abigael: It's working now, say the incantation! The Charmed Ones: From thy shallow and hard breath, I shall remove the curse of death! Donda es porgeta fruim! Abigael: Almost there, say it again! The Charmed Ones: From thy shallow and hard breath, I shall remove the curse of death! Donda es porgeta fruim! Marisol and Charity: *gasping for air* Abigael: I think it worked! Macy and Maggie: *gasps softly in unison* It did?! Mel: Mom? Marisol: Girls! *runs up to them and hugs them* Girls: *hugs her back* Charity: Marisol? Marisol: Yes? Charity: Well, I just wanted to say that.... I'm sorry for killing you, I thought it was for the greater good, but I couldn't have been further from the truth. I really am trying to make up for the horrible thing that I did, and I know I have a long way to go but I guess this is just the best way to start. Abigael: Ladies, containment spell, please? The Charmed Ones: Alligatum est. Marisol: You know what, Charity? I'm not even gonna hold that over you anymore, I forgive you. I hope that someday, maybe you'll find a way to forgive yourself. Come on, girls, let's go. *everybody leaves* Mel: I'm just really glad you're back, Mom. Marisol: And I am certainly glad to be back, I missed mi ninas so much. Maggie: Yeah, we missed you too, Mom. *smiles* Mel: You have no idea how hard it was trying to figure out how we're gonna raise that baby and I'm glad I have Abby there with me, but it's still just something I wish I had my mother here for, you know? Marisol: Well, I'm here now, baby. And I'm going anywhere. My daughters need me, this is exactly where I need to be. Abigael: *walks in with Natalie* Don't forget your adorable granddaughter. Marisol: Oh, is that Natalie? Abigael: Yeah, she just woke up from her nap so she might be a little bit fussy, but she'll still be excited to meet you. *hands the baby to her* Marisol: *takes the baby from Abigael* Aww, she is just a doll. Hey, mija, it's me, your abuelita. Mel: *smiles* Jordan: *whispering to Maggie: Can we talk?* Maggie: Um, would you just excuse me for a second? I'll be right back. Macy: Yeah, go ahead, Mags. Maggie: Ok. *leaves* Jordan: Ok, I'm just gonna say it. Ever since Parker's been back, you've been acting kinda strange Maggie. Almost like you're... Scared to be around me or something. Will you just.... Please tell me whatever it is that's bothering you so we can fix this? Maggie: Jordan, I don't think you understand how deeply being with Parker has scarred me. He almost killed me. The supposed 'love of my life, till death do us part partner' I thought I had. But I was wrong. And, well, forgive me if I'm being awkward around you because there's just been so much shit that's happened in my messed up relationship with Parker and I don't want for you to- Abigael: *phone rings* Huh, that's weird, it's Joxen. It must be an emergency or something, let me take this. *answers it* Hello? What is it, Joxy-poo, I'm kind of in the middle of something. Joxen: Sorry to interrupt you, my Overlord. But Alastor has informed me that he wishes to speak with you privately. I wasn't sure if you'd want to, but he also said that it is a rather urgent matter. Abigael: *sighs* *under her breath* God, it's always something. *clears her throat* Yeah, Joxen, I'll be there in a sec, just give me a minute. Joxen: Of course, my Overlord. Abigael: Ok. *hangs up* Maggie: Look, let's just put a pin in this, okay? For one night I finally have my mom back and I want to enjoy it as best I can before all hell breaks loose. Jordan: *sighs* Okay. I guess I'll just see you later then. Or whenever you decide you want to be around me again. *leaves* Maggie: *sighs* Oh, Jordan..... Abigael: *walks in* Mel: Let me guess, more demon business? Abigael: Bingo. And, well, what can I say? An Overlord's job is never done. Mel: That it isn't. Abigael: Oh, but don't worry, love. I'll be back before you know it. Oh, and if you take pictures, please send them to me? Mel: Ok. Abigael: *phase shifts into her apartment* Ok, what have you got for me now, Joxy? Joxen: *clears his throat* Right this way, my Overlord. Abigael: *follows him into the dungeon* Joxen: Here he is, Your Majesty. Abigael: Ok, let's get this over with, what do you want, Alastor? Alastor: Oh, nothing, just wanted to thank you for setting my plan in motion. Abigael: Father, what are you even talking about? Alastor: *chuckles* Oh my god, you are literally like a little clueless chipmunk who doesn't know not to run in the street when there's traffic so you don't get run over. Abigael: Ok, you're using a really weird way of describing my current situation but whatever. Alastor: Clearly, your dumbass is missing the point. Abigael: And what point am I missing exactly? Alastor: That no matter what you do, you will not win this battle. You will lose. Abigael: What makes you think that, Alastor? Alastor: Because thanks to you It has finally begun. Abigael: What has finally begun? Alastor: Why the prophecy, of course. And trust me, come the passing of a year, you will all fall by the great, strong hand of death.......
