The day had arrived. CC’s birthday—a day that should have been filled with joy and celebration—was instead overshadowed by a palpable sense of unease that hung heavy in the air. The past few months had been a slow march toward this moment, with tensions within the Afton family simmering beneath the surface, ready to explode.
Michelle had spent the morning in a daze, the dread gnawing at her. She knew something was going to happen, something terrible. The bullies—her so-called friends—had been planning something special for CC’s birthday, something that was meant to be the ultimate prank. They had been whispering about it for weeks, laughing behind CC’s back, their cruelty reaching new heights. Michelle had tried to distance herself from them, to avoid being part of their plans, but it was impossible to completely detach from the group. Now, the day was here, and she could feel that it was going to end in disaster.
As the Afton family gathered at Freddy Fazbear’s, the familiar animatronic characters danced and sang, oblivious to the storm brewing just beneath the surface. CC clung to his mother, his eyes wide with both fear and awe at the characters, unaware of what was about to happen. His parents had planned this party in an attempt to bring a bit of happiness back into their fractured home, but their efforts were in vain.
Michelle stood at the edge of the room, watching her brother with a sinking feeling in her stomach. She noticed her friends gathered in the corner, their faces twisted into malicious grins. They were whispering to each other, their eyes fixed on CC, and Michelle knew they were about to make their move.
It happened in a blur.
Michelle’s friends, the bullies, moved swiftly. Before she could react, they had grabbed CC, lifting him up and carrying him toward one of the animatronics—Fredbear. CC screamed, kicking and struggling, his cries of terror echoing through the pizzeria, but the bullies only laughed, enjoying his fear.“No! Stop!” Michelle finally found her voice, pushing through the crowd to reach her brother. She shoved past other children, desperate to get to him, to stop what was happening. But by the time she reached them, it was too late.
The bullies forced CC’s head into Fredbear’s mouth, laughing cruelly as they did so. Michelle screamed, reaching out to grab CC, to pull him away, but Fredbear’s jaws suddenly snapped shut with a sickening crunch.
Everything seemed to freeze in that moment.
The pizzeria, once filled with the cheerful sounds of children’s laughter, fell into a deafening silence. The bullies stepped back, their faces drained of color, the realization of what they had done hitting them like a ton of bricks. Michelle stood frozen, her heart pounding in her chest, unable to comprehend the horror before her.
CC’s small body hung limply from Fredbear’s mouth, blood beginning to pool on the floor. The animatronic’s eyes glowed eerily, as if aware of the terrible act it had just committed. For a brief, horrifying moment, time itself seemed to stand still.
And then the chaos erupted.
The pizzeria exploded into pandemonium. Children screamed, parents rushed to shield their eyes, and the staff scrambled to shut down Fredbear and pull CC free. Michelle’s legs buckled, and she collapsed to the floor, her body trembling uncontrollably as she stared at her brother, her mind unable to process what had just happened.
William, who had been standing near the entrance, rushed forward, his face twisted in horror and disbelief. He shoved aside the staff who were trying to pull CC from the animatronic’s jaws, his hands trembling as he tried to free his son. His wife, upon hearing the screams, ran over, her hands flying to her mouth as she saw CC’s limp form.
“CC!” she screamed, falling to her knees beside William.
Finally, they managed to pull CC free, but the damage was done. His small body was broken, bloodied, and lifeless. William cradled his son in his arms, his mind reeling, his heart shattering with every passing second.
