Chapter 18

The first Olympian to approach Harry was Hermes who looked rather sad but hopeful as well, Harry sighed a bit at seeing him here since Hestia had told him about how out of all the God's in Olympus he was the one to try and help his kids the most.

Though he also didn't show himself often to them not only because of his job as messenger of the Gods but also to prevent Zeus from bringing his attention on his kids plus he did also allowed the unclaimed Demigods to stay in his cabin.

Hermes approached Harry and looked into his eyes "I want to start with thanking you for taking care of the children, not only mine but the rest as well, their entire situation was a horrible thing...".

Harry nodded "why didn't you do anything about it? I'm sure you never agreed to all of this, so why let Zeus do as he pleased?".

Hermes frowned and looked down "there was not much choice, you saw how unhinged Zeus is... he wouldn't listen to reason and would threaten with war whenever someone spoke about his rules, it's not like any of us never said anything you know? it's just that every time we did it would just make things worse and most of of us didn't want to risk our children becoming targets of his rage...".

Poseidon walked up to Hermes side "you saw how he singled Percy out right?" Harry nodded "that wasn't the first time he's done that either and no one wanted to give him reasons to do that again...".

Harry closed his eyes and nodded as he pondered on what he just heard *so they weren't afraid for themselves but rather of what Zeus would do to their children*.

Harry opened his eyes and stared at all the God's he noticed Aphrodite looking rather bored but the rest of the Gods seemed to have shared the same fear though Harry then noticed a Goddess he didn't expect to see here "Hera... the Queen of Olympus, what brings you here?"

Here tensed up at being called out but then began to fidget a bit, Hestia who was done crying walked up to Harry's side and spoke up "sister Hera didn't want to stay with Zeus any longer, so she was hoping to get a fresh start here in the Yokai Faction".

Harry sighed and rubbed his forehead which made everyone flinched since they thought he was annoyed now, but in reality Harry hadn't expected Hera to come here.

The fact that Hera doesn't have a good reputation either and has done some very nasty things to Demigods in the past made Harry want to punt her on her ass and away from Neo Kyoto.

But he also noticed the heartbroken look in her eyes and the weariness in her face, this Hera had all the fighting driven out of her.

In fact she looked like a beaten puppy now and that made Harry pause, suddenly Harry felt someone pulled on his sleeve making him turned towards who had pulled it.

Harry then saw the worried face of Hestia who seemed to be afraid that Harry wouldn't let Hera into Neo Kyoto and join the Yokai Faction but Harry just smiled at her easing her worries, Harry then turned his head towards Hera and stared at her in silence for a few moments.

Hera of course felt very nervous of the look Harry was giving her but then Harry began to speak "Hera , I'm willing to let you join the Yokai Faction and live in Neo Kyoto but know this... I won't permit you or anyone to ever hurt my children! do I make myself clear?"
