Chapter 59

Stirling frowned and shook her head while pointing her Firearm at Shepard "I don't care!".

She immediately took a shot at Shepard, but Harry just slapped it away with his bare hand, Stirling didn't come alone though and the trio of ERC officers that were standing behind her, immediately aimed at the group.

Stirling grinned, not really caring how Harry had slapped her shot with his bare hand and began to order everyone to shoot at the group.

Harry just narrowed his eyes and waved his hand towards Stirling and her group of ERC guards, a wave of Darkness shot outwards from Harry's arms and almost instantly engulfed Stirling and her group.

They didn't even have time to scream as their bodies were consumed by Darkness, their bodies, souls and minds just ceased to exist and then they knew no more.

Everyone looked surprised by Harry's reaction, but all he did is scoff and shake his head "what a bitch, she's been nothing but a jerk since we got here".

Shepard nodded "yeah, she was hostile from the get go".

Ashley shrugged "well, she had it coming, really shouldn't have attacked us too, I know she must have known we just killed a bunch of her guys so why would she think she would do better?".

Liara just shook her head "arrogance and ignorance".

Everyone agreed with Liara's words but wete still feeling rather annoyed at the whole thing, Kunou then spoke up "well, we're done here, so we should go meet with Lorik, we need that pass".

The group nodded to Kunou and soon walked over the elevator, they boarded it and then rode it down to the first floor.

They soon arrived and walked out of the elevator, only to stop when they found Gianna standing nearby, she immediately noticed Shepard and spoke to him "Commander, there's been reports of noise from the Synthetic Insights office, would you know anything about?".

Shepard just shrugged "of course not, why would I?".

Gianna frowned at Shepard "don't play me Shepard, meet me at the hotel for a drink, before you talk to Qui'in, I'll be waiting".

Gianna walked away and left as soon as she said her piece, Shepard raised an eyebrow and seemed very perplexed by her change in attitude "what was that all about?".

Harry shook his head "who knows? but I bet she wants something, she's been acting kinda shady since we got here and she was the one who told about Lorik".

Kunou nodded "well, might as well go and see what she wants right?".

Shepard sighed but nodded, after that small conversation, the group quickly left the area to head to the Hotel bar and meet with Gianna.

It didn't take long for the group to arrive, music once again filled the elevator as it opened and the group walked out of it, together they all walked into the bar and looked around for Gianna.

They found her on the other side of the Hotel bar, far away from Lorik, the group immediately walked over to her, Gianna saw Shepard approach her, as soon as he got in front of her she began to speak "allow me to re-introduce myself, Parasini, Noveria Internal Affairs".
