CHAPTER 24: RAINY SEASON

(In a dark room, a playing television is in the background.)

The police found the culprit, and he committed his crime. The face of the culprit was shown on the news, and a video was also shown on television where he was committing his crime, and we can clearly see in his face that he has no regrets about what he did. He was smiling like a monster while committing his crime.

He committed his crime and also takes responsibility for all the murders that happened recently. The police are interrogating him, and he was in the lockups.

Raj's Pov 

I woke up, and my head is hurting. Maybe because of all the overthinking that I do at night. I went to the kitchen, made coffee, and went to exercise. After exercise, I went to the bathroom to get a shower. 

Now, I feel better, but I don't have the mood to go to college, and Anshika was also not there.

So, there is nothing for me.

I decided not to go to college today. I ordered food and started scrolling through the reels, waiting for the order.

The doorbell rang, and I opened the door. The delivery boy was standing there. I picked up my order and gave him money, and then he left, and I came into the kitchen to get the plates and spoons.

I ate the food and then opened my laptop to see something on Netflix. I was searching for something so I could have some fun and chill.

Hey, Topa. What are you doing? (The demon asked me.)

I closed my eyes, and something started to happen to me. I feel like my body is so light, and my legs are not touched by any surface. I can feel the wind everywhere, and I asked him, Could I open my eyes?

I opened my eyes, and I saw myself flying in the air. I was in the air, flying with the clouds, and all of the city was under my feet. The view is really amazing. The only thing I can see around me are clouds. Some dark clouds are coming to us. I didn't even dream about this—that I could fly and see the clouds so clearly. I tried to move in the air, and I can easily float in the air.

Everything looked so nice until I saw the thunder strike. It was so close to me that I could touch it. The rain started. It smells so nice, and I can clearly see everything. The rain didn't even affect me.

Then I went into the clouds and started to see how the rain formed. I can feel the clouds while touching them. Everything looks so real that I forgot that it's just my mind's illusion and all of this isn't real.

This is real. (The demon came to me.)

What? (I asked him in shock.)

Yes. All the things you saw are real, and you're in the air. We are 20,000 feet above the land.

So how can I take a breath?

That's the magic. Do you really want to test my magic?

No, no. I believe in you. { If I doubt him, he will throw me down and then tell me that this is a prank.}

Then he flipped his fingers, and we started to fly faster in the air. We are travelling in the air. Just like birds.

I looked at him, but he was gone from there.

So I started to look at her again. I saw her eyes, and I'm starting to lose myself in her eyes. I was drowning in her brown eyes. 

Can you stop staring at her? (The demon interrupted me.)

Why have you always gone away and come at a time when I was lost in her eyes or in her memories? (I asked him in anger.)

Because you are on the 7th cloud and you are just praising her beauty and talking about the heart, moon, and pen paper type.

Look, I don't have any soft corners for love.
