Lloyd's pov:

I head up the steps of the monastery knowing what waits me. As soon I opened the door I was pulled inside by a hand and harshly pulled into the living room where all my siblings are. Great.

The one who was pulling me was Nya and she looked pissed. As soon I was about to say something Kai started to yell at me. "Where the f*ck were you??"

Jay chimes in "for real Lloyd, you snuck out, went somewhere, and didn't answer our texts" wait, texts? I pulled out my phone and saw about a hundred texts from them. "Don't try and be stupid Lloyd." Cole said.

"So answer the question Lloyd, where were you" Zane said. If I told them where I was only Nya would understand, but my brothers won't. I was scared to answer but as soon as my mouth opened Pixal said something, "I sent him out"

"What??" Kai said. "I sent Lloyd out to retrieve something, I guess I forgot to tell you guys sorry" She finished. "Then why you gotta make it like Lloyd sneaked out?" Jay asked.

"Lloyd retrieved something I'm not really proud to say so I made him go in secret" Pixal said. That didn't really make sense but Pixal is really good of convincing people.

I was walking away and said "Hehe, so I'm just gonna go on ab-" "Not so fast." Kai said angrily. I'm dead. "This still doesn't explain the late night calls, going out almost every single day, not eating, and right now you have that weird looking flower."

I looked down and saw the flower Brad gave me, still shinning even if it's not under the moon. "I just thought it looked be pretty" I said. Kai wasn't satisfied with that answer but he sighed and walked off.

I still know I'm not really off the hook but I gotta thank Pixal for saving my but. "Thanks pix, I owe you one." I said. "I just didn't want them to find out till you're ready to say" she said. I hugged her and said good night.

I got a bowl of water and walked over to my room. Closed the door and placed the flower in the water, just for the fun of it. The butterlight shining in the darkness, so bright it's drawing me in. I was about to close my eyes till a notification popped up.

I grabbed my phone and saw it was Brad. Was he mad I left so early??

I lie down feeling sad, why was i sad? My mind was going crazy especially when I was hugging Brad, my heart was telling me to kiss him, but I didn't. Doing it again will probably raise suspicion.

Why is love so complicated?? First I fell inlove with a princess who only wanted to kill me, then I fall inlove with a wolf girl, Now I fell inlove with Brad Tudabone!

I wanted to cry right there even though I was alone, I didn't. I just fell asleep dreaming about something. Theres no way I love Brad romantically, or he doesn't love me romantically, he probably has a girlfriend. I mean who wouldn't be his girlfriend, with his dark curly locks, blue eyes that remind you of the dark ocean. If he does have a girlfriend, I wish to be her.
