The man took James to what he called his cabin , he told him about how all the men out there had once been a part of Pan's lost boys but had disobeyed him one too many times and cast away from Pan's island. He told him how they were all trapped in neverland but without Pan by thier side no longer had the eternal youth once promised by Pan. How they had been left to survive on thier own without knowing whether they would ever make it back home.
James was annoyed , with each day his hatred for Pan grew more and more. He wanted to do something , anything to prevent any other boys being trapped in neverland like he was. As he grew older more and more boys arrived on the island having been cast out by pan. He was so far the only one who had actually escaped. All the others had just been kicked out. James wanted revenge and he knew exactly how to get it.
Over time he recruited men and boys from around the area and by the time he was 22 he had a whole crew ready to help him bring down Peter Pan. He practiced learning how to sail his very own ship, The Jolly Roger. He lost his hand in the process when he crashed into skull rock ans tick tock the Croc bit it off when he fell into the water.
By the time he was 24 he was now the captain of the Jolly Roger and had his own crew of pirates who where loyal and would support him and from that moment on James became known as Captain Hook.
