eonsoo I'm home! yeonjun yelled as soon as he stepped in the door way of their house and greeted by his son running towards to him with a bright smile.
"appa, imissyou! did you buy me toys" his son said while pouting when he carry him with his arms.
"secret" he answered and pinched his son nose receiving a eekk sound from his son.
"appa but you promise to me that you going to buy me toys" he said while pouting with a sulk, his arms crossed tightly across his chest.
"Just kidding! i already bought you toys eunsoo, but we need to eat first, okay? I left them in the car. I'll get them for you after we eat!" he said, a smile spreading across his son's face as he brightened up.
When the two of them entered the dining room, he saw his wife cooking something for them, so immediately put his son on his chair as he wrapped his arms around her from behind, gently kissing her neck.
"yeonjun! eonsoo is watching us!" yeji whispered, looking at their position, her voice laced with a scolding edge and received a chuckled from her husband.
"I just miss my wife, besides, eunsoo isn't looking at us. Look, he's playing with my phone," he said, pointing towards their son who was busy playing on his phone while giggling.
"I know! But I don't want him to see us in this kind of position, so let me go now," she ordered, gently pushing at his arms that were wrapped around her waist, holding her in a tight hug from behind.
He chuckled, a low rumble in his chest, and loosened his grip just enough for her to turn around. "Alright, alright, my love. But you're going to have to make it up to me later." He winked, a mischievous glint in his eye, and she playfully rolled her eyes, knowing he was just teasing her.
"Oh, stop it already, love. Who's the one who couldn't walk last night, huh?" she whispered into his ear before he went to sit beside his son. Yeonjun chuckled, a low rumble in his chest, and leaned down to whisper back.
"Hey, I was just trying to show you how much I love you. And besides, you seemed to be enjoying it." He winked, a playful glint in his eye, before settling down next to eunsoo and pulling him
to sit to his lap."Appa, what were you and Mommy doing last night?" his son asked, looking innocently at his father. Yeji, who was putting plates on the table, heard the question and her eyes widened in shock.
"Uh, well, you know, we were... uh... watching a movie!"Yeonjun answered with a smile looking at his son.
"But Appa! I heard Eomma scream your name! Like this ye-" Before his son could finish, yeonjun quickly covered his mouth with his hand, his eyes wide with panic.
He looked over at yeji, who was standing frozen, her face flushed with embarrassment. She hadn't realized eunsoo had been listening, and now she was caught red-handed.
Yeji quickly recovered, forcing a smile and shaking her head. "Oh, eonsoo you silly goose! Eomma wasn't screaming. I was just... uh... practicing my opera singing!" She cleared her throat, trying to sound convincing, but her voice trembled slightly.
Yeonjun seeing his wife struggling, jumped in to help. "Yeah, eonsoo! Mommy's got a big solo in the play, and she's been practicing all week. She's going to be amazing!" He winked at yeji, and she gave him a grateful smile.
eonsoo being the trusting child he was, bought their story hook, line, and sinker. "Wow, Eomma! You're going to be in a play? Can I come watch?" he asked with looking at her mom with a sparkle in his eyes, looking adorable in his excitement.Yeji, relieved, smiled and ruffled his hair. "Of course, sweetheart! You're my biggest fan." She quickly changed the subject, "Now, how about we all sit down and enjoy this delicious breakfast I made?"
yeonjun and yeji exchanged a knowing glance, both silently thankful that their little charade had worked. For now, at least.
While the three of them ate silently, Yeonjun couldn't stop glancing at Yeji, who was eating quietly. Yeji noticed his gaze and raised an eyebrow, feeling his foot subtly nudge her leg under the table.
"oh no,not infront of eonsoo!" yeji thought and then push his foot away from her legs.
Yeji glared at her husband, silently urging him to stop his antics because their son was sitting right beside her.
Before Yeonjun could put his foot on Yeji's leg again, the door opened, revealing Eonsoo's nanny. Eonsoo immediately left his chair and ran to hug his nanny.
"nanny you're back! i miss youu" he said while running to his nanny as she immediately catch him.
Yeji and Yeonjun watched the two hug, their smiles widening. Eonsoo had grown up so sweet, and it warmed their hearts to see him so happy with his nanny.
"ma'am and sir!can I take eunsoo out for a stroll?" their son nanny requested while eonsoo looking at his parents like pleasing them to approve his nanny's request.
"suree you can! but don't bring eonsoo late ok?" yeonjun said with a smile looking at them, then they both left the house leaving the couple alone.
"So what now?" Yeonjun asked, his voice a low rumble that sent a shiver down Yeji's spine. He cut his steak into two, the movement slow and deliberate, his gaze still fixed on the plate, but the way his fingers moved, the way his jaw clenched as he focused on the task, it was all so...seductive.
He leaned back in his chair, his arm resting on the back, his fingers idly tracing the line of his jaw, a smirk playing on his lips.
He knew she was watching him, knew she was feeling the heat of his gaze.
"i-i don't know what are you talking about yeonjun" Yeji stuttered answered as she stood up from her seat because she can't handle his gaze to her.
Yeonjun watched her, his smirk widening. He stood up, his chair scraping against the floor, and followed her, his eyes never leaving her
"yeonjun stop following me!" yeji said, when she feels yeonjun following her.
She went towards the sink to wash her hands, but Yeonjun followed her like a shadow. As she turned around, he was already there, his presence a warm wall against her back. He moved closer, trapping her between his arms and the cool porcelain of the sink. His breath tickled her ear, sending shivers down her spine.
They looked into each other's eyes, and it was like they both knew what the other was thinking. There was a strong attraction between them, a feeling that was hard to ignore.
He couldn't hold back any longer. He leaned in and kissed her softly, like he was trying to be gentle. When she put her hands in his hair and pulled him closer, he knew he was in trouble. He kissed her harder now, like he was trying to show her how much he wanted her. His hands were on her waist, and he was pulling her closer.
They pulled away from the kiss, both a little out of breath. Yeonjun looked at her, his eyes dark and intense. Yeji smiled, her eyes sparkling. "Should we continue this in the bedroom?" she asked, her voice a little husky.
Yeonjun swallowed hard, his eyes fixed on her lips. "I think we should," he said, his voice a little rough. He took a step back and gently brushed a strand of hair away from her face. "But first," he said, his voice low and deep, "I want to see you smile."
