Suddenly a group of poeple jumped out of the trees that where around us and surrounded us all, they had very pale skin with blood red eyes, and out of their fingers appeared very long claws, they looked at us very hungry and we stood back to back looking at them. After a while another one of them jumped out of the nowhere and stood right in between them and us with the same scary look. I recognized him! It was Caleb! He looked so different right now...
"Look what we found guys" said Caleb with a hoarse voice that sounded sexy.
"I think we have made our day" he continued letting out his fangs.
"Caleb!" I said frightned "Your not like this, you don't hurt people" I continued saying
"Don't let him deceive you, Regina. Sooner or later their nature will come out" Said Derek next to me.
Caleb smirked and came closer to Derek, who immediatly stabbed him with a stake, but luckly didn't hit his heart and the fight began. While their were fighting I saw Caleb in pain on the ground with the stake inside him. I was so afraid to get close to him, but I also couldn't let him die like this, so I inhalde deeply and got the courage to remove the stake from his side.
He let out a scream of pain and when he looked at me, his old aspect came back, he suddenly grabbed me and pushed me to a side on the ground when he saw that a vampire was about to attack me, and began figtingh him. ¿Was he atacking his on kind to defend me? I was laying on the ground assimilating what was happening around me. Vampires and hunters were fighting against each other and it looked like it was an even fight there were many vampires killed and only the same amount of vampires and hunters were left. I saw how the boys began to get exhausted, when someone grabbed me out of nowhere and while I closed and opened my eyes I appeared in a room inside the wooden house of the hunters.
"What is happening here?" I asked to myself.
A shadow appeared out of a corner and after it two feet, when I saw who it appeared to be I got scary again and wanted to go away, but saw the door was clogged and I had no way to get out of there, standing I was breathing very fast.
"What do you want from me?" I asked still agitated.
"I only want to talk to you" he said
I saw he didn't have the scary look on, something that got me a little calmer, he watched me with a sad face.
"I'm really sorry for all that has happened between us" He continued "If only I could go back to the past..." he let out a sight.
"I don't want to be here, let me out!" I said still scared.
"I need you to trust me again Regina" he said coming closer to me while I was trying to get away. "What can I do to demostrate to you that I won't hurt you?" he asked.
"I can't" I said "No matter what you do or say, your natural instincts will come out and you will hurt me or someone else." I answered.
"I won't... Please Regina... Give me a chance to prove it to you" he looked away and back to me "If something would happen, only if... I'm not saying it will happen, I will let you kill me. I couldn't still be alive knowing I have murderd more innocent people than I aready have done in the past." He said with a serious face.
"What about the ohter vampires?" I asked.
" As the vampire king I have certain advantges. Like suggesting them to feed like I do on criminals not innocent people." He answered me
"They are people too, you know..." I said to him
"I know, but we need human blood to survive, animal blood is not strong enough to mantain use all. " he continued saying.
