Shotoko comments that he recognizes Tanjiro (Ronin) that he was one priority given by Muzan to kill him . Tanjiro begins to worry because he didn't expect to run into any lower moon as he was already tired of journey and killing hand demon.
Tanjiro stops worrying when he realizes he doesn't have a choice but to fight Shotoko on his own. He stands up in front of Lady Tamayo and tells her he will save her life no matter what. Shotoko is both annoyed and amused that Tanjiro believes he can protect Lady Tamayo alone , since he was bleeding badly.
Shotoko: oh my I didn't expected from any young man to have these kind of words since I can tell you you have broken ribs and also bleeding badly, let's finish this game as quickly as possible and my master would be pleased to have your head .
As battle begins Tanjiro uses Sun Breathing: Twelfth form : flame dance which helped him cutting his muscles in vertically and horizontally.
Shotoko: not bad but even though I don't have blood demon art I can still protect myself.
As he says his slash healed not instantly but slowly and he immediately cover his body with muscles. Shotoko realizes there is something different about Tanjiro as he was not releasing his full potential. The punch by Shotoko destroyed the ground and even the part of building. The impact almost knocks Tamayo over the building before collapsing, but Tanjiro catches her with his hands even in pain and pulls her safely.
They're both shocked when Shotoko reveals himself, having survived the impact by covering himself with muscle fibers. Shotoko commends Tanjiro's attack and his flexibility before stating that it was too obvious.
Shotoko says he's going to torchor Tanjiro and perish him from limbs to limbs till he doesn't tell him that he should kill him . Tanjiro tries to block the Shotoko punch, but his guard is down and Shotoko punches were too more far violent for him that he once again slammed on wall.
Shotoko's punch crushes a large portion of the ground and Tanjiro realizes that Muscular was just toying with him before now.
But Tanjiro doesn't want to give up so he stand up quickly and rushed towards Shotoko. The battle was so intense that even lady Tamayo as well as Yushiro couldn't predict as there was all over dust around. Both Tamayo and Yushiro couldn't used there Blood Demon art as they were already exhausted from fight and regeneration of there own body in last battle.
Tamayo: ( this battle is so intense, please be safe Tanjiro)
Back to Tanjiro vs Shotoko Tanjiro was swiftly dodged the attack as if he adapted all the attacks of Shotoko that how he moves but something suddenly changed.
As Tanjiro used Sun Breathing: Eighth Form: Sun Flower Thrust. Shotoko immediately loosens his muscles and led the attack passed through it as Tanjiro attacked Shotoko. Shotoko feeled immense pain of red Nichirin Blade but beside screaming he tightened his muscles.
Shotoko: you think I can loose this easily.
He then grabbed Tanjiro from neck and slammed him into ground too hard so that he could pass out. He then immediately put his both hands on Tanjiro's chest and started pressing. He went too far that Tanjiro started coughing blood from his mouth even though no body could see his face but his mask started to absorb the blood.
Shotoko: common show me more blood
In panick Yushiro came running towards him and started to kick him with his legs but rather Shotoko grabbed Yushiro and sent him flying.
Tanjiro was struggling even though he has his sword he could not unleashes his demon slayer mark but before he could push more Nezuko swoops in just in time and rescued Tanjiro by using Flame Breathing: Exploding Blood. Which covered Shotoko in pink flames all over his body he started to scream which helped Tanjiro from freeing him from his grip of Shotoko.
Tanjiro: Thanks Nezuko if you didn't came on time I would be dead right now.
Nezuko: your welcome.
Tanjiro: let's combiine our power and end his life.
Nezuko: yes let's good.
Shotoko: you both moron demon hunters I will definitely gonna kill you both.
Without a further second both of them ran towards Shotoko . Even though they first time met there combine power was enough to push forward which amazed Tamayo.
Shotoko knew that Tanjiro was serious right now and he could not defeat him easily so rather fighting him he decided to fight against Nezuko so that Tanjiro would immediately led his guard down.
He than immediately ran towards Nezuko and grabbed her and slammed her in ground knocking her off . She coughed blood out from her mouth. Nezuko was right now was in bad shape.
As Tanjiro saw this his range was at peak.
Tanjiro: HOW DARE TO HURT MY SISTER ! SHOTOKOOO!

Tanjiro's range was at next level even Lady Tamayo couldn't believe. He ran towards Shotoko as if he started Talk no jutsu. Even Shotoko couldn't believe what he is going to witness was pure range of Tanjiro for hurting his sister.
As they both immediately ran towards each Shotoko tried to grab Tanjiro but Tanjiro first bent down and flipped himself in mid air.
But before Shotoko could do Tanjiro uses Sun Breathing: Fourth Form: Burning Bones Summer Sun , with one single strike he beheaded Shotoko, and Shotoko's head sent off flying.
Shotoko: no way , no way I could not lose from mere child no way.
No body has listed his cries, after that his body got disintegrated . Tanjiro's pure range was settled after he defeated Shotoko but he started to fall down because he was badly tired from fight but was grabbed by lady Tamayo giving him mother like huge which he needed most at that time.
Lady Tamayo: you did the great job Tanjiro, now you can rest while I will treat your and Nezuko's wound.
