Here Again, Without You

chapter 15

 Bright and early the next day, Maggie woke up from a night of barely no sleep as she was starting to feel sick to her stomache. Pouring her a cup of coffee which she like to drink with cream made her feel nausea, causing her to gag and run to the bathroom to vomit. Trying again to drink the coffee she had the same reaction again. Finally she decided to tell her grandpa that she had to leave for the office and check on the contract that she had rewrote for the Micron Accessories corporation.

Before she arrived at the office she stopped by the drug store to pick up a pregnancy test to take with her. After she arrived at the office, she immediately recoginized Donald Rogenis coming out of Marleen's office with a scowl on his face from having to sign again the contract that she had torn up in front of Marleena. Walking toward Marleen's office, she quickly shoved open the door "Just what do you think you are doing?" Maggie screamed at Marleena.

"What do you think I am doing? I have completed the contract and had Donald to sign again, explaining that you, my dear sister, Maggie had torn up the signed original contract that I had laying on my desk in a file you shredded with your own hands and do you want to see the footage of it or do I need to remind you that you are on probationary measures here at the business?" Marleena said in a voice that meant she was all about the business. "And if you must know I have to buy him dinner tonight, so suck it up buttercup. You couldn't handle it"

Maggie looking like she had seen a ghost "I'm sorry, I did that. I haven't been feeling well and your coffee is starting to make me sick." running out of the office to find the restroom to wash her face.

Marleena followed her and saw that her sister looked very pale "Hey, are you Pregnant?"

Maggie retrieving the pregnancy test from her pocket looked at her sister "We will know soon enough." sounding wistful. After waiting for the five minutes that was required to wait for the results two blue lines appeared in the window of the test strip causing Maggie to cry uncontrollably. Marleena walked to the stall where her sister was opening it lifting her up to hug her. "I'm pregnant"

Marleena smiling at Maggie "Now to tell Trecye the news and schedule your doctors appointment"

"No I can't tell Trecye."

"Why"

"He doesn't want kids. He told me so when we first got married."

"Are you sure? Any man would love for his wife to have his children."

"Not him, he's having an affair with his secretary. I saw it yesterday when grandpa showed me the CCTV at home. It was there in his office when they did." Maggie was bawling her eyes out.

Marleena was beginning to have some sisterly feeling towards her sister again for this as she knew he was not true to her sister and had ulterior motives to run the company.

Marleena picked her sister up from the floor, "Go home, or better yet I will go with you to his office and you can tell him yourself, then go home to rest. You need to take care of yourself now that you are having a baby." Marleena was feeling like she had missed that calling on to realize that she was glad now she could spoil her niece or nephew when he or she gets here.

After they arrived to Trecye's office and found the door open for all to see what he was doing with his secretary and hearing the moans coming from inside, they knocked on the door. It startled both of them and the secretary smiled very evilly at Maggie as she went out and Trecye was crayfishing backwards from Maggie as she went over to slap his face and Marleena turned just in time to see her thwack slap Trecye twice for catching him in the compromising position with his secretary. "I'm pregnant and you can't get out of it. It is your kid and no I won't abort this time like last time. This is my baby. Not yours" Maggie was really upset and had to be stopped before she collasped from the shock and stress of the day.

Marleena walked up to hold Maggie firmly, supporting her asking her if she needed help with packing her things so she could move in with her. Maggie nodded her head "I'm moving into grandpa's It would be better and you will help me file for divorce from this jerk"

Marleena taunted "Oh by the way Trecye you better find another office to work out of, as you will be paying for child support or Jail bird time, your choice."

Trecye smirking back at Marleena "You wish. I own this building hahaha"

Marleena being prepared for that showed him a copy of the deed to the property which belonged to Maggie and hers grandfather retorted "Read it and weep you a**wipe. You don't own anything here so start moving out by one pm today. I will have the locks changed today and you will have no access to the building at all"

Trecye feeling like he had been hit with a mac truck looked at his secretary yelled "It's your fault if you hadn't seduced me into betraying my wife I would still be here get out now and take your stuff with you. I don't want to ever see you again"

When Maggie and Marleena were at the house getting Maggie's personal effect packed and had made the last trip to load Trecye showed up stating that Maggie was going nowhere until she has an abortion and that was final. Maggie was determined to leave and go to her grandpa's home for the duration of her pregnancy. Trecye held onto Maggie's hand "You are not qualified to have children and especially not mine you whore".

After hearing him call her sister that word Marleena walked over and kicked him below the belt sending him to his knees. Glaring at him and prying his fingers off of Maggie's wrist Marleena stepped on his other hand "You are worthless you don't deserve to be a father to her children either so there you are you manwhore"
Trecye catching his breathe came up swinging at Marleena and when he did Marleena caught his arm and surprised him with a grip that would bring a grown man to cry, when all Trecye saw was red rage anger about Maggie being pregnant and being called a ho himself. Thwack whaump not realizing he was hit by Donald who intercepted for Marleena as she was the one who called him to let him know she would be late.

After getting Maggie settled at grandpa's home Marleena had left with Donald to have a night out for paying him for re-signing the contract from previous. Marleena drove to the restaurant near the edge of town that was cozy and known for their chicken fried chicken and fries.
