Maggie after seeing all of the projects she had left undone due to her time with the court trials and community services, she had returned some of the calls and told them that she would be willing to have the Polymire construction company to start their project and that it would be done in accordance with the building code for inspection afterwards. Some of the companies had already found some one else to do their bidding while she served her time with community service. 'I'll get even with Marleena if that is the last thing I do.' thought Maggie as she was calling her husband to start with the new projects of construction she had won most recently.
"I will have my construction team back and they will work for what I pay them and no more any extra to be spared for them or their family, I can't afford to pay as I have been doing community service and taking care of children's equipment for the school district here in Cobbles." Treyce replied to the Manager of Nat's Computer Shop
"I don't care, when you get it done. I need the shop up and running in at least three weeks so I can make monies for the upcoming Business of Excellence Conference" Nate said in a disgusted tone of voice.
Having heard Nate's nasty tone of voice Treyce retorted "I will get it done in two weeks so you can make your monies as soon as possible"
With that agreement and the signed documents in place for the building to begin, Trecye was already gathering up some men to start the build on the computer shop and placing the frame up in just three days. Again he started taking short cuts by just using less than quality products to build with seeing that it was cheaper and he could pocket the extra cash after paying the crew less than what he promised.
Maggie being herself started taking files from Marleena's office desk, when Cera walked in seeing her with the files that she was asked to retrieve. "what do you think you are doing in here in Marleena's office?" Cera sounding surprised and shocked as well.
"If you must know I'm here to get the file I need for my next project to work on." Maggie snaarled back at her.
Just that moment Marleena walked in to see the contract she had in the folder that Maggie had in her hand and smiled non-chalantly walking over taking the file from her sister who gripped it tighter and ripping the file with the contract inside. Maggie started laughing maniacally "Now that you have ripped my contract for my project, I guess that I will have to print up another contract for the corporation to sign now"
Marleena having had her phone open to the speakerphone with their grandpa hearing what Maggie said to Maarleena spoke up "Maggie Sue you do not have any more business there in the company. Get yourself home now as I have other things that you need to do and no arguments. NOW!"
Maggie hearing her grandpa Sharm's tone of voice meant that he would really have her disciplined according to the family rules. "Okay, grandpa I will be there. Just give me an hour to get there."
Marleena smirkingly told Maggie "You go right ahead and right up a new contract for the Micron Accessories Corporation and have Donald Rogenis sign again for the same work you just tore up hm!"
Hearing that the contract in the file belonged to Donald Rogenis with him having already signed it and she had to rewrite it, even getting him to sign again would almost be next to impossible. Maggie was looking like she was wanting the ground to open up and swallow her whole for doing that. Faking a laugh "no problem I can do that"
"Just like the original one with no differentiation in the contract at all and the original price for all of the quality products as well as the placement of safety equipment and features in the building with no corners cut? MM" Marleena questioned.
"No problem that can be done and I will call him to set a time to meet him and get him to sign it. You wait and see." Maggie bragging she could do that without her sister's help.
Maggie taking her laptop from her own office to work on at her grandpa's house, after arriving there she was greeted by the housekeeper showing her to the office belonging to her grandpa as she walked in she was immediately greeted with a loud thwap to her left cheek. "Grandpa, why did you do that for?"
"You know why you got that don't you? I'm tired of you and your undermining the corporation. You have cost us to have a lawsuit again using that useless husband you think is a true building construction worker, He again is using cheap material to build with just watch the video, I had installed in his office there in our building and listen to his words."
Looking at the hidden video Maggie saw her husband with his secretary making out in on his desk. Screaming out in rage Maggie threw her laptop across the room causing it to land next to the fireplace and break apart. Knowing that she had just witnessed her husband's love affair on the cctv that was installed by her grandfather made her furious and start thinking it was instigated by Marleena who had warned her about it in the first place.
After the evening meal with her grandpa, she called her husband to let him know that she would not be home this evening as she would be staying home with The Mr. Sharm to keep him company for the evening. As the evening wore on her grandpa had gone to bed early leaving her with a new laptop for her to do her job that she promised Marleena she would do.
