Y/n rushes through the outside forest back to the kingdom with superhuman speed, bashing through trees as they decay and burn from his touch, his cross necklace bouncing and heaving , his muscles flexing as each step he takes leaves a small crater into the ground.
He reaches the wall of the kingdom and instead of bashing into it, he jumps, extremely high, making a huge crater this time and causing a small shockwave, he makes it about 3/4 of the way as he just runs up it, burying his feet into the wall, as he doesn't even break a sweat.
As Y/n reaches the very top he sees Nimona bashing her way through the city, crying out in sadness and anger as she rips through buildings like paper, seeing Nimona's appearance a shadow creature standing the height of a building with a glowing white ball in the centre, then as she strides her way to Gloreths statue with the giant sword pointing at her heart she pushes herself to impale her glowing heart.
Then on the tip of the sword stands Ballister, who seems to be struggling at the extreme height but he holds true.
Ballister: Nimona! Hear me please! I'm sorry!
Nimona roars in response as she pushes herself in the blade even more.
Ballister: I-I'm so so sorry, I can never say it enough, listen Nimona! You're no monster! You're just a scared little girl! With no family or friends... but I can be your family! Ambrosius too! He understands now! He wants to help you aswell!
Nimona stops and listens.
Ballister: we can just be us... we understand so please... your life is precious... and you... are the best henchman
Nimona stops completely and pulls herself off the sword as she transforms back to herself.
Nimona: really boss?!
Nimona says excitedly as she hugs Ballister.

With Ambrosius and the Director...
Ambrosius: you're going to do what?! What about the people?!
Director: their sacrifice will not be in vain!
The Director heads to the big guns cockpit as she pushes the knight that usually uses it out, as she uses the controls.
Ambrosius: what would the queen think?!
Director: you really think that I care what that fool would think?! This is all because she decided anyone could be a knight, those dirty blooded peasants! Killing her was the best thing I ever did and blaming it on Ballister was perfect!
Ambrosius freezes as he goes pale, "you did what..."
The Director smiles triumphantly, "I keep you and the other knights bloodline safe! Oh and boo hoo that you loved him, you could always find another..."
Ambrosius growls as he draws his sword and swings but the Director deflects it with ease and and stabs his leg and pushes him out of the gun.
Director: you'll thank me for this later...
The Director aims the gun at Nimona and sets the charge on full power, as she gets a hateful look, "BACK TO THE SHADOWS FROM WHENCE YOU CAME!"
She fires... a beam of light of pure energy sailing its way towards Nimona, Ballister and the surrounding peoples.

Ballister and Nimona notice the column of light hurling its way towards them.
Ballister: oh god...
Nimona: I got this!
As she's about to transform she gets stopped by a hand, by Y/n.
Y/n: I apologise aswell... for my cruel words, forgive me, but you may not sacrifice yourself... and no one will die, trust me...
