CHAPTER-46: where is my Rani sa?

AARNA POV

" Hey Aaru" I heard a voice

I was sitting at the lawn and Avi was enjoying the pleasant weather with his dadi sa. I was sipping on my tea and smiled at my baby boy who looked at me and gave me a toothless smile.

I turned around looking at the source of that voice. I smiled when I saw veer standing at the corridor leading to the lawn. I waved at him to join us, he smiled and started walking towards us.

' Ghani khamma Raj mata' he touched maa sa's feet to take blessings and show his respect.

' aayushman bhawa beta' maa sa blessed him wholeheartedly.

' how is our little prince doing? Are you enjoying my yuvraj.' he said playing with Avi who was still in maa sa's embrace. Suddenly my baby started getting fusy when Veer tried to take him in his arms.

He must be hungry.....aakhir hai toh apne baap ka hi beta

' it's ok my love, you are hungry....come on my baby mumma will fill your tummy' I took him in my embrace and Avi pressed his face on my breast. His small hands were moving in air trying to remove my dupatta.

' Veer I will be back soon. I will ask our house help to bring some refreshments.' he smiled at me but I could tell that something was bothering him. Let's hear him but first my boy needs my attention as he was sucking on my breast over my kurti leaving a wet patch.

' now now my love, I know you are hungry. Mumma will fill you tummy soon my love' I cooed to my baby. I reached at our wing and instead of going to our room I decided to sit on the lounge as I know Veer had something important to discuss with me.

I placed Avi on my lap and freed my boob. As soon as his lips touched my nipple he latched on it eagerly.

He must be starving

I hissed when he bit on it angrily with his gums. But soon started bulping happily. After 15 minutes I saw my little bundle snuggled in my breast drifting off to sleep. I kissed his forehead with affection and creased his small head.

I went downstairs and entered maa sa's room. I saw baba sa sitting on the couch going through some files. He immediately removed his glasses and smiled at us.

' Humare yuvraj aaj dada sa ke pas aayen hai. Laiye inhe Hume de dijiye Aaru' baba said with a child like excitement.
( My prince has come to meet his grandpa. Give him to me aaru)

' baba sa abhi soye hai aapke Yuvraj. Maa sa bahar hai aur hume shayad hospital jaane pade kya hum Avi ko yaha aapke pas chor den thodi der ke liye?' I said with timid smile
( Your prince has just drifted off to sleep baba sa. Maa sa is out and I might have to visit hospital. Can I leave Avi with you for sometime)

' aapko ye poochne ki koi zarurat nhi hai beta. Hume toh Khushi hogi agar Hume kuch aur samay bitane milega apne pote ke saath.....aap janti hai Aaru, Amogh bhi bilkul Yuvraj jaise hi dekhte the. Inko dekh kar hume unka bachpan yaad aa jata hai' baba sa said with a smile.
( You don't have to ask my child. I will be happy to spent some quality time with my grandson....you know Aaru, Amogh used to look exactly like him when he was born. I get reminded of him when I look at Avi)

I placed Avi at the middle of the bed and secured him with pillows and covered him with a thin blanket. I pecked his small fist before moving out towards the lawn. Maa sa excused herself when she saw me approaching them.

' now tell me Veer, what happened all of a sudden and where is Ruhi? I've tried contacting her but she hasn't answered any off my calls' I looked at him with hopeful eyes. He sighed and looked down in deep thought.

' nothing's alright Aaru. Ruhi had been acting strange for so many days and yesterday she left along with all her belongings. I thought you might know about her whereabouts and not only that but she was acting pretty suspicious for few months. I saw her texting someone and even talking to someone in calls late at night. And then suddenly she left for hospital then when I came back home last night I saw all her things were missing'  I saw that veer was trying to control his tears, blinking his eyes rapidly. He looked at me with vulnerability.

' please help me in finding her Aaru. I won't be able to handle living my life all alone again..... please' he said with desperate voice.

' ok let's go and check at the hospital first.' I said getting up from my chair. I know that Avi wouldn't wake up for next 2-3 hours and till then we'll be back from the hospital. Maa sa and baba sa are here to take care of him if I got late.

I decided to inform Hukum sa about my visit to the hospital but I don't know why I didn't called him but I did left a message and turned on my location. I will Directly go to his office from hospital.

Hukum sa would scold me if I didn't

Veer took his place at the driver's seat and I sat down beside me.

I hope we'll be able to bring Ruhi back..... safely

AMOGH POV

It was almost 9 at the evening when I entered inside palace gate. I saw maa sa sitting with Avi in her lap who was busy chugging on his milk bottle.

But why bottle

I frowned and moved towards them. He left his bottle and smiled at me....... My boy recognised me.

' maa sa why are you feeding him with the bottle and where is my Rani sa?' she looked at me with shocked expression.

' wasn't Aaru went to meet you after visiting hospital. She said she will return back with you. I was waiting for her for so long coz this is first time that she has left prithvi alone for so long.' maa sa was distressed now and I could feel my hands turning cold with the possibilities of what all could have happened.

I quickly left from there and pulled out my phone to call Vikram and informed him to track Rani sa. Hope so her jhanjhar are still on, they have trackers on them.

After 15 minutes I received a call from Vikram who sent me her current location, which was 1 hour away from her hospital and somewhere in a dense forest. I know this place as I assassinated Randhir Singh Jhala at that same cottage.

Whoever he is, he is so stupid

' wakey, wakey Aaru or I should say HUKUM RANI SA'

I Blinked my eyes multiple times to get adjusted to my surrounding. I realised that I was lying on a plank with handa and legs tied. I saw a man in three piece suit standing infront of me. His face wasn't clear due to lack of proper lighting.

I remember that I was in Veer's car when suddenly his car got puncture and he stepped out to check on tyre but after few seconds I heard his groaning and when I went out to look at him I saw Veer lying on the deserted road, baring holding his consciousness.

I felt a pinch on the side of my neck and before I could turn around I blacked out.
