"W-what?... You mean you remember me since our final selection in the demon slayer corp?... Since 6 years?! "
"Yea... "
"But why you didn't said anything when I told the lie in front of the other hashiras last 1 and a half months ago?... "
"Because I knew there must be a reason that you lied that day... So... Can i know that reason?... It's okay if you're still not ready to tell me... "
"No no, it's fine to tell you I guess... I don't think Oyataka-sama would mind if I tell you... "

"CAW CAW! Y/N L/N IS ASKED TO GET TO UBUYASHIKI ESTATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! MASTER WANTS TO GIVE YOU SOME INFORMATION! MIST HASHIRA, MUICHIRO TOKITO CAN ALSO TAG ALONG WITH HER! CAW CAW!" Suddenly a crow said before Y/n was about to tell her past to Muichiro.
"Let's see what the master has to say... " Muichiro said in his usual cold tone before standing up on the branch and offering his hand to Y/n as she accepted it and they both sprinted towards the Ubuyashiki estate.

After 1 hour :

"Greetings Oyataka-sama... " Both the pillars said in unison while kneeling down in one knee and their heads bowed in respect in front of Kagaya.
"Greetings Muichiro and Y/n... I have a task for both of you that only you two can complete as only you both have some types of distant connections with the Demon King and the upper moon 1..."
"Huh?... How Y/n has any type of connections with the upper moon 1 or Muzan Kibutsuji? " Muichiro mumbled.

 
"Well... Muichiro Tokito as you are the descendant of the brother of the first breathing user and Y/n as you ancestors were friends with the first breathing user also the one who cornered Kibutsuji into a corner you both are requested to... Find out their hideout and weaknesses... "
"Oyataka-sama... How can we do that? " Asked the Void pillar.
"Right now if my hunch is true then Kibutsuji wants to finish all the successors or the persons who has any types of connections with the first breathing user, Yoriichi Tsugniki. Muichiro as you are Tusgniki family's descendant, and if Kibutsuji finds out about you, then your missions will be on a break for at least 3 months so he doesn't have any chance to harm you. And about Y/n, as your ancestors were Yoriichi's friend, and also the only family who knows about the sun breathing, I want you to take special safety for yourself and your other only survivor siblings, Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado... "

"Sure master... It's our duty to follow your orders... " The pillars said in unison hiding their confusion about each other's past and connections with the upper moon 1 and the demon king himself.
"You are dismissed... Have a good night my children... " The master left after saying those words and also the two pillars took their leave from the Ubuyashiki estate.

(A/N: Now I'm gonna give you a very small time skip because I'm too lazy~)

Almost 2 years later :

It has been almost 2 years since they were called up in the Ubuyashiki estate for that conversation. Now Y/n and Muichiro became best friends but little did everyone knew that they have feelings for each other because it was oblivious... Why oblivious?... Let's see~🐣

"Y/n! Why you didn't join the hashira training? Is everything okay? " Asked the concerned Mist pillar.
"I'm fine... It's just that... I don't wanna face my siblings that soon... I know they will hate me because... I left them alone... "
"Hey don't say like that... I know Tanjiro won't hate you... After all you are his elder sister and his only relative alive aside from Nezuko... "

"I know... But I can't forgive myself... It's like the memories I want to erase from my heart and mind comes to me in my dreams like nightmare... It's way too much... frustrating... "
"Don't say like that... Anyways if you join the Hashira training, you training will be at last, after Gyomei-san's training right? " The mist pillar asked the the void pillar nods. 

"Then you will get enough time to think about telling the truth to Tanjiro and Nezuko... That you aren't Y/n L/n, instead you're Y/n Kamado, their only elder sister. " The Mist Pillar said while both of them sat near the pond in the Ubuyashiki estate.
"Mhmm... I guess you're correct... I think I'll join the training too... Wait... But first I need to built a estate for myself ones more! That creepy lower moon demon fucking burnt down my estate last week... Godddd!... Why the fuck this types of things happens to me only!? " Y/n said while pouting and she leaned her head on Muichiro's shoulder.

Last week when she was having a sleepover with other pillar's in Tengen's estate as it was a day off and demons really didn't attacked much, that time a lower moon demon burnt Y/n's estate, when she came to know as Haru (her crow) informed it to her, she quickly went back to her estate which was around 1 km far away from Tengen's estate, her estate was already half burnt. When she went inside the still burning estate to find the lower rank demon she also got injured while fighting the demon inside the burning estate so after finishing the demon, she had to go to the butterfly estate to check out her wounds and minor injuries. Today she got discharged from the butterfly estate before they came to the Ubuyashiki estate for the Hashira meeting.

In the meeting everyone was surprised to know that only Y/n and Muichiro were the only person in this generation of demon slayer corp to born with the demon slayer mark, after the creator of the breathing techniques from the Sengoku era... About 600 years ago from now...

(Let's asume this story is based on modern era like in the year 2017, because I want to add few more things which are only found in the modern day instead of the taisho period which was around 100 years ago from today, 2024)

"Why don't you stay in my estate, till your new estate gets built? " The mist pillar offered. Y/n blushed at the thought that she has to stay with him for almost 4-6 months under the same roof because, her estate might take at least 5 months to get prepared.
"Are you sure?... " Asked the flustered void pillar and the mist pillar nods in response. They then shared a smile and Y/n thanked him before they went back inside the Ubuyashiki estate where the other pillars were discussing about the upcoming hashira training.

After discussion about the hashira training they all went back to their estates except Y/n, who went to the Mist pillar's estate.

A/n :

For clearing one confusion, Tengen has not retired from his post as a hashira as he didn't lost his hand during the fight with upper moon 6, why?... 🐣
Y/n came in their rescue~ hehehe 😏
I'll now make the upcoming chapters now a bit romantic and the developing feelings between Y/n and Mui, and I won't include much fight scenes, because the fight scenes are quite tiring to write and my exams are going on🥺😢... So bare with it. And don't worry plot twists are coming soon when the Infinity castle arc part's story will start~

One more thing as this is my au, so Kanae is still alive and a hashira in this story. And if you're thinking how Shinobu is gonna kill our dear Upper moon 2, Douma, then just wait and read the upcoming chapters.

And most importantly as I said a few chapters ago that Gyomei has a wife, I wanted to say that Gyomei also has a son (eldest and he is 4 years old) and 2 daughters (twins and are 7 months old).

And please do comment that you want all the hashiras alive or you want the hashiras dead except Y/n, Muichiro, Giyu, Sanemi, Kanae and Shinobu?

I'll try to make two parts of it where everyone gets a happy ending means all the hashiras will be alive and another part will contain only few hashiras alive... Means a Happy ending and another not so happy ending.
