Soon the move to Delhi happened and AS now worked as the ACP in Delhi while HM got her same post as the head of narcotics for the region they lived which was close to the hospital. they both shared a beautiful marriage with both respecting and loving each other with everything they had. They looked after their little one with utmost care and their little one was their priority. They had rough patches in their relationship but both came out of it stronger. whenever Anu's health went down like she caught a flu both looked after their little one, both spending sleepless nights looking after her or rushing to her with her pump when she struggled to breathe due to the mucus, both attended every seminar and spoke to every possible doctor they could find to help them help their little jaan. The couple had also mutually decided that they would wait to have another child till Anu gets better as they hoped. They didn't want another child when their attention and priority right now was their oldest. They didn't want the other child to feel neglected or think they don't love them enough.

If you are wondering about what happened to the MPT and KS well AS spoke to them regularly but never shared anything about Anu or anything related to her. Well, she never asked him anything about his wife in the 2 and a half years they were married so why should he tell her about his child. She had invited him to come down to see her and her family but he refused as the invitation was made to him not his wife. He did try and ask KS about what went down between them but never received any answer from her to try and sort their relationship out.

One day the trio were sitting in their garden watching the butterflies fly around. They enjoyed their family time together when their little one passed out in her father's arms not responding to any of their pleads. They immediately rush her to the hospital where Kabir and Ishan immediately started treatment but little Anu was not responding to them. But as luck had it 3 days after being in hospitals and doctors nearly giving up they found a pair of lungs for her and due to the severity of her condition they were offered to them. But the chances of the surgery to be successful was 0.01% and the chances of them losing her without the surgery was 100%. HM and AS immediately agreed to surgery taking a chance on their luck. Kabir and Ishan started the prep for the surgery while AS and HM sat outside the OT praying for their little life. AS informed his friend and KS asking them to come to Delhi not giving as right now, they both needed their family to support them. AS held HM close to his heart rubbing her arms trying to comfort her.

HM: humari bachi thik hogi na Anu

AS: avashya Priye kuch nahi hoga usse jabse humari jaan paida hui hai tabse aise lad rahi hai aur jeet rahi hai toh ab kyu nahi jetegi dekh lena yeh ladai bhi jeet kar ayegi.

HM nods holding on to the hope she was getting from him. Both were glued to their seats as they held on to each other and the hope of good news coming from the OT doors which had been shut for what felt like decades to them. KS got there along with PJ and CS who had gotten very close with Anu over the time he had spent with her. She was like a daughter to him too as the child just like her mother would win anyone's heart with a smile. CS hugged them both as he asked about Anu.

AS: surgery abhi tak chal rahi hai koi update kuch nahi pata hume

CS: kuch khaya tum dono ne ya aise hi bete hue ho. Anubhav Hasi tum dono se puch raha hu

he asked raising his voice a little not getting an answer. Both nod no going back to looking at the doors

CS sighs: agar tum dono aisa karoghe toh Anu kya hoga socha hai agar tum dono bimar padoghe toh kya hoga? Yahi beto hum leke athe hai thik hai

Going to the canteen knowing both won't move an inch till they hear something from the doctors.

KS: ka chal raha hai bhaiya? Apne hume yaha bhulaya aisi ka musibat ah gayi jo app hume aise jaldi mein yaha bhulaya
