The concert was in full swing, the music vibrating through the air as Mia and the girls stood backstage, watching their boyfriends perform. Harper, Lexi, and Ava were beside her, laughing and enjoying the show, their eyes often flicking to their partners on stage. But Mia's attention was elsewhere. She’d noticed a group of girls in the crowd, their heads close together, whispering and pointing in her direction.

Mia narrowed her eyes, trying to catch snippets of their conversation over the roar of the crowd. One girl, a brunette with sharp features and a sneering smile, was clearly the leader of the pack. She leaned in closer to her friends, her voice raised just enough for Mia to hear.

"Isn't that Kane's girlfriend?" the brunette said, her tone dripping with disdain. "I heard she's a total psycho, super jealous. Kane's probably scared to leave her. I bet I could take him from her in a heartbeat. I wouldn't be insecure like her."

Mia’s blood began to boil. Who the hell did this girl think she was? Without a second thought, she stepped out of the shadows, making her way towards the group. Harper, Lexi, and Ava noticed her moving and followed, sensing the tension.

Mia reached the girls before they even realized she was there. She stopped just behind the brunette, her voice low and dangerous. "What did you just say about me, you fucking bitch?"

The brunette whipped around, her eyes widening in shock as she came face-to-face with Mia. The other girls in the group shrank back, their smug expressions faltering.

Mia’s voice was icy as she continued, "You think you stand a chance with my man? You don’t know a damn thing about us, so keep your mouth shut."

The brunette's shock quickly turned into defiance, her lips curling into a sneer. "Oh, I think I do. Kane deserves someone better than a crazy, jealous girlfriend. I could make him so much happier."

Before Mia could even react, the girl lunged at her, fists flying. The first punch caught Mia on the side of the face, the impact sharp and jarring. But instead of backing down, Mia felt a surge of adrenaline. This girl had just made the worst mistake of her life.

"You’re dead!" Mia roared, launching herself at the girl. They went down hard, crashing to the ground in a blur of swinging fists and tangled limbs.

Harper, Lexi, and Ava rushed forward, trying to pull Mia off the girl, but Mia was in full-on fight mode, her anger taking over. Harper, realizing they couldn't break it up on their own, bolted to the stage, dodging through the crowd.

She reached the side of the stage, her eyes locking on Kane as he performed. "Kane! Kane!" she shouted, waving her arms frantically. "Mia’s in a fight! You need to stop her!"

Kane’s attention snapped to Harper, his expression shifting from confusion to alarm. Without a second thought, he dropped his guitar and sprinted off stage, following Harper as she led him to the scene.

When Kane arrived, Mia was on top of the girl, her fists flying with brutal precision. The brunette was trying to fight back, but she was clearly losing. Blood streamed from her nose, and she was barely defending herself from Mia’s onslaught.

"Mia! Stop!" Kane shouted, shoving through the crowd. He grabbed Mia by the waist, pulling her off the girl with a strong, firm grip. Mia struggled against him, her anger still burning hot.

"Let go of me!" Mia snarled, her eyes wild. "She deserved it, Kane! She fucking deserved it!"

Kane tightened his grip, his voice firm but gentle. "Mia, stop. It’s over. You’ve made your point."

The brunette lay on the ground, groaning in pain, her face bloodied and swollen. Lexi and Ava knelt beside her, checking to make sure she was okay, while Harper stood close by, her heart still racing from the chaos.

Kane finally managed to pull Mia away, lifting her off her feet and carrying her out of the crowd. The tension in the air was thick as they moved, people parting to let them through, their whispers following in their wake.

Back at Kane's Place

Kane set Mia down on the couch, her body still trembling with the remnants of adrenaline. Her cheek was bruised, and there was a faint smear of blood on her knuckles.

Mia’s chest heaved as she tried to catch her breath. "That bitch had it coming," she muttered, rubbing her sore knuckles. "She deserved a good beating."

Kane knelt in front of her, his hands on her knees, his expression a mix of concern and frustration. "Mia, you can’t just start fights with every girl who talks shit. I get it, but you have to calm down."

Mia met his eyes, her anger giving way to a wave of guilt. "I’m sorry... I just couldn’t stand her talking like that. I hate when they act like they know you, like they know anything about us."

Kane sighed, brushing a thumb over her bruised cheek. "You don’t need to apologize to me, but you’ve got to be more careful. I don’t want you getting hurt because of some jealous fan."

Mia’s eyes softened as she looked at him, her hand reaching up to cup his face. "I don’t want to lose you, Kane. That’s what scares me the most."

Kane leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead. "You’re not going to lose me, Mia. I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere. Those girls can say whatever they want, but at the end of the day, you’re the one I’m with. You’re my girl, and that’s all that matters."

Mia’s heart swelled at his words, the reassurance she needed finally sinking in. She pulled him closer, kissing him deeply, her fears slowly fading away.

As the night wore on, they stayed close, the fight now a distant memory, overshadowed by the strength of their bond and the unspoken promise that they'd always stand by each other, no matter what.
