Boxten hopped off the train of the [underground railroad-] subway, fiddling with his bandana he walked into the lobby of Gardenview
"Oh hey it's another Boxten" a rainbow rolled up dookie waved shyly, holding onto his big ahh head so it wouldn't f***ing roll off his shoulders "hello, welcome to Gardenview!"
An emo strawberry standing next to the dookie waved as well, but was in mid-argument with a pride flag flower about twinket- I mean, trinkets
Boxten waved back awkwardly before looking around some more
He walked into multiple rooms featuring a green Vox wannabe and a grandma fossil "duking it out" against the wall, a zesty gay material girl mirror complaining to an old man magnifying glass, and a pile of rocks chewing on a shrimp looking Fanny-wannabe, which was shouting multiple insults even tho the pile of rocks didn't understand
Boxten was most weirded out by now
He walked out of that last room, suddenly approached by a crowd of bubble girls with giant pink bows saying the most annoying things in the most annoying way
They all talked at once, shouting at him
Boxten had a panic attack
"Hey, Poppys, this isn't very so-fish-ticated! Leave him alone before I call Dandy!" The Poppys skiddaddled away like little starter rats, leaving the hyperventilating Boxten with the goofy ahh Finn
"GRRRR NO ONE LIKES YOU" "EWW UNANNOUNCED PLAYER" "YOUR FISH PUNS SUCK" they all shouted as they ran into the elevator to be torn to shreds by main character twisteds
Finn rolled his eyes, still dying on the inside, and he turned to Boxten "you alright pal?"
Boxten was hella confused "W-W-Wtf-f i-is g-g-g-g-go-o-oi-i-n-ng o-o-on" he stuttered, shaking madly like a Chihuahua with rabies
Finn shrugged "i dunno Poppys are complicated"
"Not shrimp-le at all"
Boxten stared at Finn
"I don't get it" "what do you mean you don't get it? It's- like...simple- but...shrimp? The crustacean?" No response from Boxten
"Oh nvm"
"Did bro just say "nvm" irl"
"You can't be talking"
"Oh well- can you please teach me the ropes"
Finn chuckled "nah Goob can "teach you the ropes" better, but sure i can show you around" Boxten didn't get it, because he gets nothing, no support, no trinkets, no skill, etc, but he followed Finn and a bunch of ppl into the elevator anyway
