Hello! Laine here, welcoming you to the pet project I've loved on and off since I was a teenager. It's come a long way from its original composition notebook scribbles, but it's still a work in progress. I'm doing something I don't usually do and posting as I edit, so if you see mistakes or have suggestions, I'm all ears. I hope to update once or twice a week.
Content This is a YA story. There are drug and alcohol references, action-movie style violence, and maybe some kissing. Nothing R-rated here, though if you're looking for a light, campy superhero story, that's not what I've got cooked up either. We're looking more at shadowy organizations, manipulation aplenty, and two sides to every story. I'm not much for morally grey characters, but I am a fan of flawed characters learning to do the right thing. Hopefully, you'll find that here too.
