Kenji and Oscar had successfully infiltrated Impel Down, for the first part. Only once they reached the first checkpoint did they find trouble. While fighting their way to an exit, Kenji was able to slice open an entrance of the elevator shaft, and the two boys found themselves free-falling down to the lower levels. After some time of searching the prisons' guards came up with an idea of calling the elevator to drive them back up. Unfortunately the cards of favor were in Kenji's hands as he successfully delt with the guards. After skewering through the warden's private quarter, Kenji found a the large weapon collection along with three legendary katanas that he helped himself too. They began their accent back to the upper levels, but not for long as the marines were closing in on the two. Luckily for Oscar's devil fruit powers was he able to make an exit of their own to the first level. As planned Kenji and Oscar freed all the prisoners and rallied them to escape. Unfortunately the marines were waiting for them as their captain revealed himself and his clay devil fruit powers, forming into a giant ball and rolling over everyone. At the last second did Kenji and Oscar evade and were coming up with a plan before being interrupted by a disfigured mystery person.

Chaos spread throughout the first level. Many were able to hide but others were not so lucky as they were absorbed into the clay. As this was going on, Kenji and Oscar were able to hide in a near cell.
Kenji: Damn, that guy's not letting up. It'll take a miracle to find a way out
He waited for his response from Oscar. Unfortunately for him, Oscar's attention was for the injured prisoner.
Oscar: Huh? Sorry Kenji I wasn't listening I'm trying to patch this guy up
Kenji: With what, we don't have an medical supplies?
Oscar: Just watch and let me focus
Oscar took a deep breath and placed his hands on the injured mate. The guy tried to utter out words but the pain was too much for him to say anything. After a moment, light began to shimmer on Oscar's hands along with a vision of a clock going in a counter-clockwise motion. Light also began to form around the mystery guy, as many of his wounds started to clear up. Kenji watched in awe as the guy was slowly looking better; cuts began to close up, bruises were erased, places were patches of skin missing reformed, and most of all his body wasn't looking as fatigued as it first was.
Kenji: Oscar. That was awesome! What did you do!?
Oscar: I used my devil fruit to turn back time on his injuries. Its another new technique I picked up
The man sat right up and undid his bandages. Without the injuries Kenji and Oscar were able to get a full view of the man. He had medium-length black hair and amber colored eyes. His build was muscular but not as toned. His height appeared to be an inch taller than Kenji's.
