this AU is a story trying to expand on how Kaoru and Ainosukes relationship was like in high-school, as well as Kaorus perspectives on everything that happened. In this AU, after Ainosuke moved to America and left Kojiro and Kaoru behind, they grew apart. This story depicts them meeting again and growing close, but also growing feelings that expand past a platonic relationship.
