AUTHOR's POV
The sun crept over the horizon, casting a soft, golden light across the quiet countryside. The sky was painted in hues of pastel pink and orange, the kind of morning that usually promised peace, hope, and renewal.
Birds chirped in the trees, and a light breeze carried the scent of blooming flowers through the open windows. It was a beautiful morning.
Siya sleep broke when she felt the sun ray on her face. She stretches her body to get up from bed.
When she opened her eyes she looked around but Digvijay was not there.
She took a shower and got ready for college. She wore a baggy hoodie and baggy jeans. It's December.

When she was walking in the room she hit her foot and something fell down. There was a box. She was about to check but her phone rang.
It was Meera, her best friend. She talked to her. She went downstairs for breakfast. But Digvijay was not present there.
She asked her MIL about digvijay and she told him that he left early for work. It was weird for her but she was in a hurry.
She left for college. Digvijay didn't call and inform her of anything which is making her restless.
"Siya, kaha kholi hai chal aaj test hai varna teacher hamen anda Denge" Meera dragged her towards the classroom.
The teacher asked about an assignment which Siya and Meera forgot to make. And today is the last date for it.
"Meera and Siya, only you two are left. What should I do? Give you zero in your assignment?" Teacher asked them in his mocking tone.
"Sorry sir, please give us some time"
"Yes sir please" they both tried to plead him. He somehow agreed.
"I don't know how, but I want your assignment tomorrow, after that I will not accept it" he told them and left the class.
They both facepalm themselves because the month was hard for siya because of her break down and Meera was helping siya to cheer up.
They both forget about assignments, that's why they are best friends from class 6.
"Kya karenge, sirf Inka hi nhi baki bhi assignment hai. Mera to kuch nhi hua" siya told her and put her head on the bench.
"Kya tune baki bhi nhi kiya. Mene ek assignment half banana th baki tere assignment banne ka wait kar rhi thi. Taki me Tera dekh kar likh saku. Ab mera kya hoga?" Meera told her and put her hand on the bench.
