Give me an Explanation

Gray:

After Juvia stopped crying after a while, she pulled herself away from me. She wiped her eyes with her arm while letting out small sniffles. I stood there stunned. She was so emotionless in school, and here she was, crying.

"J-juvia should get home now."

Before she started walking away I grabbed her arm.

"Can you tell me what that was about? What's with your mom?"

She looked at the floor.

"I appreciate what you did for me, but it's not exactly easy to talk about Gray-sama."

I looked straight into her eyes and a blush appeared on her face.

"I don't want you to be near someone who makes you cry like that."

She turned her head and yanked her arm away from me.

"Please just.. l-leave Juvia alone.."

I clenched my teeth.

"Fine. Suit yourself."

I put my hands into my pockets and started walking towards my house.

Damnit.

Juvia:

After Gray-sama left I couldn't stop trembling. I finally stopped and sighed. I wiped my eyes as best as I could and walked towards my old house.

I opened up the door and saw my mom sitting on the couch watching TV.

I quickly ran upstairs into my room and got into the bed, shutting my eyes and forcing myself to go to sleep.
