Chapter 2.Mistery island

*Jazu has treated Kidd's injuries despite his protests.The wounds were bad but the child seemed to have some experience in this domain,bandaging neatly his torso after applying some mixed herbs paste*
*Sakuya was eating some freshly picked fruits,offering some to both Jazu and Kidd but they both refused,the fruits looking suspicious...Kidd wouldn't trust something a random stranger (that seemed this dense) had to offer and Jazu knew her too well to know better than to accept random plants she found and thoughts they looked comestible enough.*
*Kidd sat on the bed,Jazu facing him on the chair opposite to the bed where the girl was happily eating in a corner,looking out the window*
,,So where is this island and whats the nearest town?Ur friend didn't know to answer me"
*Kidd grumbled,asking the boy as he glanced toward the window then back at the kid*
,,This island doesen't have a name and from what I know,there aren't any islands near by..I haven't been able to get away from this island to check how far away they would be.As for towns,this is a unhabited island,I mean people don't come here!"*he quickly explained*
,,I don't even think someone knows of it..I was captured by pirates and they washed up here.Saku saved me and from then I have been living with her"
*Kidd internally cursed,this didn't sound any good and it might slow him down from getting back to look for his crew*

,,So no one lives here?Just you and the monkey girl?"*he asks,unsure about these unfortunate odds.But once the kid confirmed he couldn't believe his luck.*
,,Ne,what are u looking for old man?"*the boy asks him rudely,and Kidd gets annoyed at being called old man again when he wasn't even in his 30s*
,,Oi im not old!Brat..I need to get off this island.I have some stuff to do quick"
,,What stuff?Oh I forgot to ask for ur name!"*the kid,filled with young energy asks a bunch of questions*
,,Not any of ur business!And its Kidd,Eustass ,cap-"*Kidd stopped.Could he truly call himself captain after he got defeated and let his ship get sunken-along with his crew?These thoughts have been eating his mind lately,but he shakes his head.Wanting to continue his phrase,he gets intrerrupted again*
,,So cool!Did u built that urself?!"*Jazu asks pointing to the metal arms now barely visible behind the red fur.His eyes had sparkles as Kidd felt slightly uncomfortable at the question but at the same time proud and cocky by his work and the childs enthuziasm at it*
,,Heh..Of course,I like to tinker from time to time"*he replies smugly,earning a ,,wow..!" from the kid*

(On a totally unrelated matter,heres a pic of chopper and Kidd as a tulip-You can't convince me his hair doesen't look like a red tulip!)

*Sakuya walks off from the window,ruffling Jazu's hair,which he responds by trying to push her away embarassed*
,,I'm gonna go make diner.Any requests?We still have some meat from that massive moose from last night"
*Sakuya asks and the kid answers anything is good as she go into the kitchen.They didn't seem too wary of the stranger,otherwise she wouldn't have left the kid with him*

*The kid continued to throw questions at Kidd,not even giving him time to respond.He sure was a ball of energy,despite being grumpy and wary at first*
,,How did u end up here?Why do u have so many scars?Why are u so tall?Are u strong?Can u build anything?"
*Kidd groans,too many questions!He stands up to walk away from the yapping boy.He glances around the house and locks eyes with a monkey*
