When George hurried down and exited his house, he found the villagers surrounding his home like a wall of stone, their faces twisted in anger. "My parents!" George shouted, "Let's search for my parents!" But the crowd's shouts were louder: "Get out of our village! You have broken our laws! Do you want to bring us trouble? Get out of here, stay away from us!"

People started throwing stones at him, falling like rain, and he felt a deep sense of betrayal. "How can you do this? My parents, who have always helped you! How can you deny their kindness like this?" His voice trembled with pain and anger.

The crowd responded in unison: "Each of us has lost a relative, and we did not search for them, so what do you mean to us?"

A woman broke down in tears: "At least you lived with them for 15 years! My son is only 3 weeks old; he has been missing for three months, and we did not search for him, so who are you for us to help you?" At that moment, George realized he was alone, and tears streamed down his face as the stones kept hitting him, labeling him as the cursed one.

In that moment, George decided to leave the village and shouted: "Okay, I will leave as you wish and never return!"

But an elder in the crowd interrupted him: "No one is allowed to leave; instead, you must be sacrificed to the forest as a punishment for breaking the laws, following the fifth law of the village of Rog: 'No adventure or leaving the village of Rog.'" George trembled upon hearing these words, his mind racing with thoughts: "How can it be this brutal?" But escaping was hard; even Steve had kicked him out.

At that moment, he decided to buy some time. "I just want one day to say goodbye to my home for the last time!" The villagers refused him that, and instead of a day, they gave him until night, which was when he would be sacrificed.

George entered his house, thinking of a plan to escape. He felt thirsty, so he went to the cupboard, and when he opened it, he found a cup he had never seen before, hidden deep inside. When he took it out, he found a letter.

He opened it quickly, and it was from his parents: "My dear son, upon reading this letter, we will not be here. I urge you to work hard and take care of our field, and never look for us. And finally, never, ever break the village laws. Always remember that we love you."

George felt a great sense of despair, but the determination in his heart began to show. He decided not to give up and started searching the house for any new clues that might lead him to his parents. He searched his bedroom and the dining room but found nothing.

After that, he entered the bathroom, feeling tired, exhausted, and disappointed. He searched the bathroom and found nothing until he leaned against the wall near the door, noticing that the floor under the bathroom was a slightly different color. He knocked on it, and it made a strange sound.

He opened the floor to find a map of part of the forest, a key, and a knife with a strange and suspicious engraving. He also found a piece of a mysterious puzzle. He took the items with him and found a bag that his parents had used to collect things. He filled it with food, placed a knife from the kitchen inside, ropes, warm clothes, a light blanket, candles, and also did not forget to take their only photo, which was in their room.

He began to turn the puzzle piece and wondered: why was this piece hidden secretly? He remembered that when he was little, there was a small crack behind one of the drawers in his parents' room.

George moved it and started to peel away the wall bit by bit until a strange shape appeared behind the crack. The shape resembled the knife he had found in the box.

George matched the knife with the strange engraving to the shape, and suddenly he heard a strange sound from the kitchen. Darkness was about to fall, and the sacrifice was close.

George decided to jump out of the window after checking the source of the sound. He grabbed his bag and removed the knife, hurrying to the kitchen until he found a cellar that appeared out of nowhere.

When he climbed some of the kitchen floor upward at an angle, the cellar was slowly closing. As he removed the knife, George heard knocking on the door and noise, realizing that the villagers had gathered, and the time had come for him to be sacrificed. Darkness had fallen, and he decided to take a risk.

George grabbed his bag and rushed to the cellar, closing it behind him. Shortly after, he heard the door being broken down as the villagers stormed into his home. "Where is he? He has escaped, let's search for him!" After the noise subsided, George decided to check the dark cellar, but what he found inside was something he never imagined.
