It's been two months since that day Yukina purified the darkness possessing Maeve. Since then, Yukina has been in a deep sleep recovering from her wounds, and with the use of her powers, she awakened. Helios stayed by her side, but learning from the last time he would leave to clean up and eat and come back. He met Serenity though, and helped in getting the blood stain off the Moon Princess gown. Endymion and Serenity came to visit when they could to check up on the 'sleeping beauty', as Helios would call her with a smile. 

Helios sighed stepping inside Yukina's bedroom, he was feeling gloomier than normal. He prayed every day in Elysion, and by her bedside, she would wake up and smile at him and he wanted to tell her about his feelings. He had everything planned out, thanks to Endymion and the Guards for now he had to cancel the plans until she woke up and recovered before he could confess to her. He walked over to the chair by his Princess bedside, sat down reached out to grab a hold of her gently in both of his, holding it and squeezing her hand gently.

"I'm praying every day for you to wake up... I miss you, and I miss our dances," He chuckles lightly, brings the hand he was holding to his lips, and gently kisses her knuckles. "Please open your eyes...my beautiful maiden." He whispered in a broken voice then placed her hand against his cheek eyes closed, feeling her warmth.

Then as he places her hand back on the bed on her side, he combs his fingers through his light blue hair leaning back into the chair and about to get a short shut-eye when a soft groan hits his ears causing him to shoot off the chair hands on the bed, looking relieved seeing Yukina waking up.

"Lady Yuki! Thank goodness, you have woken up." He breathes out feeling his stress fade away.

Her eyes fluttered open, blinking a couple of times to push the blurriness away to see Helios relieved, happy, smiling face with his gold eyes shining with warmth in them. She smiles softly.

"Morning..." She yawns softly and puts her hand over her mouth to muffle her cute yawn causing Helios to chuckle and making her blush being shy. She went to sit up, Helios quickly sat down on the edge of her bed helping her sit up, and leaned her back against her many fluffy pillows and headboard. "How long was I sleeping...?" 

She looked around confused, then looked closer at Helios to notice bags under his eyes. She frowns worried for the answer now. He breathes out slowly, looking grim.

"You were sleeping for two months, Lady Yuki," Her eyes widen, jaw drops in shock. He combed his fingers through his hair and ruffled it a bit. "It's shocking I know, but everyone has been ensuring you got nutrients, and Serenity, Mio, and Mayu ensured you were cleaned up."

"...Wow, it's no wonder I feel weak from all that sleeping," She chuckled lightly, to lighten up the mood.

He stayed quiet, confusing her with his silence and staring right through her eyes confusing her even more and making her blush at his intense stare. She inhales softly when he leans forward so their foreheads touch, he closes his eyes trying to fight back the tears from escaping but one escaped sliding down his cheek. She looked at him worried and raised her hand to his cheek to rub the tear away with her thumb.

"Don't cry, Pegasus. Why are you crying?"

He pulls away a bit and leaves a gentle kiss on her forehead causing the Princess to turn crimson red on the cheeks, her chest warmed by his sweet forehead kiss. He pulls away smiling softly.

"Sorry... I thought you would never wake up, but I'm so happy you opened your eyes."

"Helios... Please, forgive me. I didn't mean to worry you or anyone for that matter," She gasps remembering someone. "Maeve! Where's Maeve!"
