The morning breeze, and... tons of self-bickering.

"This makes no sense!" America groans, sitting down on the roof top of his house, his wings being used as a blanket against the autumn breeze. He stares down at the book he stole from China, flipping from page to page. "China obviously has more to his ability but that's not important right now... hopefully... Maybe this could be useful in understanding more about Australia's ability, but it seems far off than the book describes it..." He keeps mumbling to himself as he finally comes across a specific page, placing the notes he took between the pages, one that he knows is his exact ability.

"Mister America?"

America instantly shuts the book, his wings ruffling up as he tosses the book halfway across the roof before processing who it is. "Oh, Moscow... sorry I got a little startled. Wasn't expecting anyone to come up here this early, well, at all really. No-one comes up here." He rubs the back of his neck as he stands up, walking over and grabbing the book. "Do you need something?" He turns around back to Moscow.

She looks up at America, assuming that he's looking at her back, she speaks up. "No, I just didn't want to cross paths with..."

"Alaska?" Moscow nods as she looks down. America walks up to her, patting her shoulder. "Hey, you don't have to be comfortable talking to him again already, give it time." Moscow looks back up with a slight smile.

"What's that book about?" Moscow points to the book in America's hand, that he also forgot he was holding.

He looks back down at the book, staring at the words and cover. "Just a book about abilities."

"Can I look?"

America sighs, handing the book to her. "Ignore any notes you see on some pages, and don't let them fall out either."

Moscow nods her head as she looks around for a moment, sitting down where America was sitting before, opening and reading the first page. After a few moments of scanning around, America sits next to Moscow, putting a wing around her to shield her body from the cold breeze since she doesn't have a sweater.

The wind blows around their hair, blowing on the pages of the book as well, coming to a few close calls of America's notes almost being blown out but saved from Moscow catching them. The silence they sit in is comfortable, and after a few pages pass by, Moscow speaks up. "Why are you taking notes on this specific ability? There's like hundreds of notes."

"Okay its not that much." America huffs playfully. "It just seems like a cool ability to learn about. I have more notes on other ones too." America gestures to another page.

Moscow flips the page, looking over notes on another ability.

Meanwhile.....

"ARKANSAS WHAT THE FUCK?!" Mississippi yells as he brushes a hand through his now wet hair.

"I didn't even do anything this time!" Arkansas protests, grumbling as he lies back down.

"Uh.. guys?" New York says as he stares down at his hands. "I think i have an ability."

Mississippi and Arkansas sit up instantly, finally waking up fully. "Wait.. WHAT?!" Mississippi gets up quickly. "Tell dad!"

"Guys i cant find dad!" NATO yells as he bursts open the door, startling everyone and having water thrown at his face, causing him to let out a shriek in surprise.

Mississippi groans as he lies back down face first. "Whoops..." New York rubs the nape of his neck as he looks away. "Does New Hampshire or Massachusetts still have their cuffs..?"
