"It's too early for this..." Russia grumbles, refusing to move his body off his bed. Confederacy, who still sleeps in Russia's closet, was already awake and trying to drag him out of bed, a request from Germany, who very much so gave up over half an hour ago.

"Dude, is it really that hard to wake up in the mornings?" Confederacy huffs as he gives up trying to wake the Russian up, sitting on the chair near Russia's desk. He remains silent after his comment. Confederacy looks around Russia's desk, grabbing a nearby book and tossing it at Russia, causing him to jolt up.

"What the hell?!" Russia lifts the book up, staring at it for a moment.

Confederacy chuckles to himself before having the book tosses right back at him, hitting him in the chest. "Okay, okay, ouch. You still need to wake up though."

After who-knows-how-long of Confederacy nagging Russia, he reluctantly gets up. "Why does Germany want me to get up so early..?"

"I don't know, he just said tell him its Sunday." Confederacy shrugs.

"Sunday.." Russia mutters to himself as he grabs his phone, the time reading 7:26 a.m. After reading the time, Russia springs up out of his bed. "Why wasn't that the first thing you told me?!" He turns around after grabbing a change of clothes and glares at Confederacy who hums and looks away. Sighing, Russia opens part of his closet again, his eyes still on Confederacy. "Get in."

Confederacy sighs, getting up and walking back into the closet. Russia shuts the door, fully this time; changing out of his sleepwear and into a blue shirt with a light grey jacket, rolling it up past his forearm along with changing into a pair of black jeans.

Plopping his ushanka on his head and making sure he looked decent enough for a meeting, he opens the door to his closet, letting Confederacy fall out. "Jeez! warn me next time!" He huffs before standing up. "Oh, also, Germany gave me this cuff when he told me to wake you up." He holds out this black cuff with blue outlining a button.

Russia looks at what Confederacy is holding, grabbing it from him and examining it. "He gave you a type of one that can help you..." Russia pauses mid sentence. "Why would he give you this?"

Confederacy shrugs, just as confused as Russia is. He then looks down at his phone for the time, quickly putting his shoes on. "Don't make a mess and you know the rules!" Russia says as he dashes out of his room. The meetings are at 8 a.m. and its currently 7:47 a.m.

...

"Why the hell are these meetings so early?!" America grumbles to no-one in specific with NASA next to him. NATO already went earlier, obviously to be with the other organizations on time. NASA however stayed with America.

"Maybe one day UN will change the time." NASA shrugs. "Though, i do wonder why we have these meetings... plus, you're already late."

America sighs, rubbing his temples as his head is down. "I don't know, i mean, its an easier way for UN to keep tabs on us i guess, but why doesn't he just-" America gets cut off, bumping into someone. "Watch where you're going!"

"If you take that damn blindfold off maybe you would see i was looking in a different direction." Russia grumbles as he adjusts his clothes.

America looks up, finally noticing Russia, cursing under his breath as he walks away. "What's up with him?" Germany pipes up.

NASA rubs the back of her neck nervously, giving a small chuckle. "Well... With elections around the corner and the way his country is, it affects his mood."
