Victor's Perspective
-5 Years Later -
First day of Junior year.
12:30 AM
I scribbled on my phone and waited for my target to arrive inside the hotel. I stared down from the balcony and to the empty lobby.
"I seriously don't understand how your brother couldn't find someone to take this job, I'm exhausted," I complained and lay back in my seat.
"You know my brother, he only chooses the quickest assassins when it comes to targets with ticking deadlines," Suho yawned.
"Yeah... that doesn't help me," I groaned and wrote down the name of my new school multiple times, "I need my sleep too, my skincare takes time you know,"
"Is your beauty your only concern? What about your sisters? Or your start in a new school? And the most important thing... your revenge plan?" Suho asked.
"I have it handled," I quickly replied. I wrote down her name on my phone next. The mysterious daughter of Attorney Yuki and granddaughter of the Yuki's. Her life is out of the public eye.
"My offer still-"
"I don't need it, nor do I want your help or Duri's," I frowned, "I have it all under control,"
I noticed my target enter the hotel; he was in the lobby checking in.
"I have to go," I said, "He's here,"
"Good luck,"
"Thanks, but I never need it," I grinned.
"Just go," Suho sighed.
"Kay'"
I ended the call with Suho. I took my mask out of my suit and covered my face. I walked to the end of the hallway and noticed a camera. I waved hello to it with a smile.
"Let this be a warning, to you, Madam," I whispered.
I took out my universal card. I closed the door and silently waited out on the room's balcony. I closed my eyes and took in the nice, sweet breeze.
"A perfect August night," I smiled softly.
I opened my eyes when I heard a click, and the room's light shone out to the balcony. I frowned and pushed myself up, that annoying familiar sound of semi-auto guns being prepared to shoot at the intruder, at me. I went inside and took a pistol I had picked up.
"What took you so long?" I asked as I checked my pistol for bullets, "I was getting-"
The two bodyguards fired. I stared at the deflated bullets in front of me.
"Bored," I blurted.
I sighed.
"You two, move aside and you won't have to die," I said and pointed at my target, "I only came for him,"
He pushed his two front guards closer to me while he backed away.
"What are you two doing?! Kill him!" He ordered.
The two young bodyguards raised their guns again and fired while the target and the more experienced ones left.
"I don't have time for this," I grumbled.
I took out my pocket watch. I had already mastered my second skill: slowing time for certain objects or people. The bullets slowly approached me, and the target barely made it to the hallway. I checked my phone to confirm my instructions.
