Kartikey stopped every one who was present in his office with an angry growvel, he was angry at every one for not keeping the things as they ware.

He ordered them to put the cleaning things down and he marched towards Devsenas bedroom, cause there is still time for her toutor to come so for sure she must be at her room.

He opened the door with Bang.

Devsena flinched at the sound and stood up from her bed, she was looking angry at him

Cause of his stupid file she burnt her finger and now looks at him walking in her room like he owned it.

But kartikey was unbotherd by it.

He took long strides coming in front of her, and looked at her eyes angrily.

If you are thinking devsena is unfazed by him being near her, this close that she can feel his ragged breath and that also as no one is near her, for saving her, then you are totally wrong, she is shit scared and kartikey can sense her fear.

He can sense she is scared of him but not feeling any guilt regarding the thing she had done.

That all the important documents those which she had burnt, that's could cost him or solanki group hundred of crores.
And this girl seating here unfazed as she don't know that documents importance.

And if she can think she can get away with this easily then she is wrong totally wrong.

But like every time kartikey is not going to indulge with her in useless banter he had thought of very appropriate punishment for her, but still he wants to test her.

Devsena was calming down her racing heart which was beating like crezy cause of fear, but she calmed it down thinking and encouraging herself that she is the Boss here.

"What are you doing in my room?"
She asked showing her fake bravery.

Kartikey without saying anything pulled her hand in his palm and pressed her burnt finger without any mercy.

"Ahhhhhhh....."

Devsena Screemed her lungs out.
She tried to pry his hand away from her but her little energy can't do anything infront of kartikey's anger.

Some bodyguards and servents rushed towards her chembur and barged in it.

But stopped in the middle of the room as they saw kartikey's angry glare.
They had known that Kartikey's study had burnt down to ashes and looking at kartikey's anger pouring on devsena they can understand that she must have done something, but still they can't left him harm their princess.

But palace command is now kartikey as while going her home town dai maa had handed palace rule brotch to kartikey.

So they can't do anything without order from kartikey, but how can they tell this to their princess,

who is so naive.

okay they knows she is dumb and brainless.

But come on she is kid as they had always treated her like one from her birth.

"You idiot Arnav, come on beat the shit out of him, he is injuring me."
Devsena cried in pain and as she saw her saviours she wanted to beat kartikey to her heart containt.

Okay this was the last nail of couffine as she cursed in front of kartikey and all gaurds and servents gasp as they are well informed how much kartikey was get riled up at the cursed people.

And second thing Arnav is one of the head gaurd who is in his mid fifty.

"Out."
Kartikey ordered.

And all of them went out of her chembur bowing a little.

Devsena felt betrayed, as how can her gaurds left her with this beast.

"You fucking idiot Arnav, come back."
Devsena shouted her lungs out.

He is her Last resort, if he can't help her now no one can.

"Shut up."
Kartikey shouted on her pulling her towards him.
Devsena momentarily forgot her anger as she was looking at kartikey's angry red eyes.

He was not angry.

He was mad.

Super mad.

Devsena tried to make a little distance between them as she was feeling suffocating to be this near to him.

But he was not even budging a little from her.
His hold was tight enough to make it bruised, devsena was already had so much emotional and mental pain and physical pain also.
Her eyes started to brim with tears, but she still stood with her ego high.

"Leave me."
Devsena shouted.
"My dad will not leave you, if he found out..."

She couldn't complete her sentence as kartikey cut her off.

"If he found out that his darling daughter had burnt down the whole office containing all the important documents."
Kartikey spoke in his hard dominant voice sending shivers to her spine.

'Damn how did he knew?
Must be fake accuse.'
Thinking this Devsena didn't lost her stance and asked back.

"What office?
What burnt?"
She asked with her remaining confidence which was not in even in negative.

"Oh so you also lie on peoples face like you had done cheating."
Kartikey taunted her. While pushing her with Jerk which landed her, on her pink bed.

While pulling out the lighter which she forgot in that study.
Kartikey tilted his head.

Devsena's eyes widened with shock.

How did she forgot that.

"I...it's no...t m...ine."
She immediately denied stuttering badly

"DON'T LIE ."
He growled making her flinch as she shut her eyes.
"Dont lie on my face devsena, this is yours , as devraj sir had told me so many times that you have collection of lighters as you are fond of it.
And Kudos to your luck.
I have seen it in that drower with the medicine kit."
He said refering to the day when he caught her cheating.

Devsena gulped her saliva feeling she got caught .
She wanted to retort him by saying something, but he didn't let her.

"Did you have a single thought, that this is not just about one or two people devsena, whole empire of solankis, the people working there day and night, their families, totally sixty thousand families are at stake, the employees, their children education, their house rent, their food, their medical fees, their dreams, and most precisely your father's dreams, you have burnt all of them in that office."
He stated in his strict cold voice.

Devsena didn't feel anything for anyone until he didn't said her father's dream.
She suddenly felt sad.
Only sad not guilty.

She should have burnt his bed or his clothes or something else but not his study.

And this emotions ware clearly written on her face.

Kartikey felt a new level of Anger watching her lack of remorse.

"I know you are not understanding what is your fault here, but I will make you understand it.
Very. well."
Kartikey said a new type of emotions flickering on his eyes.

Devsena felt she had dug another pit for her, she didn't had energy to again clean another room.

'Please god don't do this with me.'
She pleaded internally.

"Don't worry.
You are not going to clean anything.
It's just you are not getting any food tonight."
Saying this he walked away.
But turned around at door.
"And don't sneak in kitchen.
You are not allowed to step out of this room.
Till. I. say."

After he locked the door.
Kartikey smirked.
A wicked smirk.

"Princess really thought her punishment is over.
Humm."
