Kartikey was seating on the sofa of hall, the work is still on.

"All the documents will revive till tomorrow sir."
A man in his thirtysvsaid while bowing his head.

*Okay, you can go."
Kartikey dismissed him.

One of the butler of palace nearly fifty year old. came there after Karthikey was done with his work.

"Sir is it really necessary to do this.
She is a kid. A little naive. Forgive her sir. She is not bad in heart.

Her phone is broken by her in the morning due to her anger. So now she is phoneless.

And that bloody kartikey didn't even give her phone.

The robotic voice comes through the intercom.

Devsena's last resolve also broke. How the hell this is happening.

She was angry and wanted to break all things she raised the intercom in the air but didn't do anything.

Sighing defetedly she lying on bed closed her eyes but didn't feel that the maids were retreating.

"What are you still doing here? Get out of here."
She screamed in her anger.

"We are sorry princess.
But these are kartikey sirs orders we have to keep an eye on you."
Saying this that the maid shut her mouth.

He can't behave like this with me."
Saying this devsena started to walk towards the door.
But that maid stopped her by coming in her way.

"You can't step out of this chember till you don't finish your punishment princess."
Saying this that the maid didn't let her walk a single step.

Devsena was determined that she won't do any work or homework or study.

But after sometime she felt bored and Rather than watching the faces of these boring maids she thought of reading what those books are about.

And eventually she started to read.

Indrani complaint while walking towards him.

He asked cooing her.

"Yes I know, but still I am worried for her, she is naive and too innocent for this world."
She said.

"You don't like kartikey?"
Devraj asked looking at her.

"No, he is well mannered, gentalman, charming and handle things very well."
Indrani put her opinion about kartikey.
After a pause she continued.

"But kartikey?  why did you choose him for her?"
Asked indrani satting straight on sofa.

"My dear, you know na, devsena is fragile and very Kind hearted girl, how will she handle the cruel buisness man, and their accusing, she needs protection and we can't give her that for her lifetime.
She needs someone to protect her.
And kartikey is the one I can think of as a potential candidate for her."
Devraj said while holding her palm in his.

"And will you cared to tell me when did you thought about making him your son in law.
When you first meet him?"
Indrani narrowed her eyes.

"No, when he and devsena met for the first time ten years ago."
He said with a sly smile.
