It couldn't have been real right? But then, how did this get here? Head spinning, you go to get ready for the new day.

Dipper invited you out on an adventure with him, Mabel, Soos, and Wendy. It always bothered you that these kids (and Soos, but who's counting) went out and got themselves into these dangerous predicaments all on their own, so you always tagged along when you could. You left directly after work.
Dipper had been trying to track down strange thieves who had been rummaging through their trash and damaging property. He previously set out a trap to try and capture one of these creatures, but it ended up only nicking one. It had proved successful, however, since the creature left behind a trail of blood.
"I've been trying to catch these things for like, a year now. They seem to be some type of humanoid. They eat out of the trash, and often leave behind blonde fur." Dipper followed the trail, Mabel on his left, Soos on his right, Wendy right behind the group. You trailed behind, a couple feet between you and them.
"Maybe it's my creepy ex." Wendy told them, waving her hands and using a 'spooky' inflection in her voice.
"Dude, yeah, what if it's like, just some dude." Soos added on. Dipper stopped in his tracks.
"I think that would be scarier than some weird monster." You reply, laughing along, closing the gap as you continue walking up to the now still group. Dipper muttered to himself as he wrote notes.
"I think we should be getting close now, the footprints seem clustered in this one area," Dipper started to explain, turning around to face the group, "we should all stay cau-" Dipper paused, his attention now focused on you. "Hey... What's that written on your hand, Y/N?"
You bring your hand up, examining the now smudged message you woke up to. It didn't come off, even after some scrubbing. "Oh.. This? Nothing! Bug bites maybe... I woke up with it. No biggie." you nervously try to laugh it off.
"I don't know... kinda looked like-" he was cut off, and the group all looked towards the source of the noise just heard. It sounded kind of like– a branch snapping, maybe? Blonde, scraggly hair came into vision, as a disheveled man came into view, several more young, shabby, men followed suit. They seemed to be–singing and dancing at you as a defense? Mabel dramatically gasped.
"It's Sev'ral Timez!" She brought her hands up to her face in shock. "I never thought I'd see them again!"
"Woah... okay... How do you know these random adult men? And why are they just living in the forest? I... am confused to say the least."
Mabel laughs nervously, scratching the back of her neck, "I guess in hindsight we shouldn't have released them into the woods..."
"They're still alive and thriving so I think we could just leave them be..." Everyone in agreement turned around, walking away from the aggressive singing and dancing.
"Dudes, Sev'ral Timez. So overrated. Have you heard of Lil' Bigg Dawggg? You gotta hear this one song."
"Soos. No."
"Well now I've gotta hear it!" you snicker, just trying to egg Wendy on.
"It's the catchiest song of the summer. Scratch that. It's the catchiest song. Period. You won't believe your ears, dude, seriously."
The group started its way home, Wendy trying to convince Soos to leave the song, Mabel telling the story about the boy band, and Dipper muttering about a sucky adventure. But, you couldn't help but feel uneasy. It was starting to get dark, and you felt an eeriness surrounding you. It felt like you were being watched. Did the trees always look like they were looking back at you? You kept up with the group, staying close, feeling paranoid.

Getting ready for bed, you felt crazy, trying to scrub the ink from your skin, proving impossible. You could swear someone was watching you, and you kept hearing things. You could only hope that when you went to bed tonight, your dreams were back to normal. You laid tensely, tirelessly staring at the ceiling. You can't remember when your eyelids began to droop, and you blurred the lines between awake and asleep.Yet again, this thing haunted your dreams. Yet again floating in space, he stood before you. "So, (S/O/C)! Got an answer for me yet?" He extended his arm out to you, hand stuck out ready to give a firm handshake. A seemingly blue flame emitting from his palm.
"I don't know. I think I'm still convinced I'm just going crazy." You shrug. "What is it that you want? Why me specifically? And why should I even trust you?" You lean in and cross your arms, giving a stern look.
Bill snaps his fingers, suddenly sitting next to you on a couch, sipping from a martini glass. He laughs sinisterly. "Sure you I may be crazy, but what does that make you!?" He starts laughing maniacally. "Like the couch? It's made from the flesh and soul of hundreds of sentient beings!" You disgustedly stand up from off of the couch. "Not your thing? Fine then!" He sat you in a normal loveseat, sitting in a matching one across from you.
"Simple answer, toots! I need you to act as a vessel for me to enter the physical world, and you seem smart enough to understand that! And let me assure you, I'm a great ally!" He projected images through his eye and used hand gestures to give you a better idea of what he meant. His mood shifts drastically as he changes in size, towering over you, suddenly very angry. "But an even worse enemy, got it?"
"What the hell-..." He shrinks back down in size, as you just look in shock.
"Nothing to worry about, since we should have a deal, right? Right?"
"Sure, sure... I think I still need a little time to think, if that's fine."
You could see his expression shift from mischievous to annoyed for a split second, before going back to that eccentric personality. "Sure–whatever! Think on it a bit more! But I think we both see what the clear answer is."
